When we practice yoga for ourselves, we often skip the Savasana practice at the end. However this sweet relaxation at the end of our practice is so important to integrate what we did on the mat into our body and mind. In this course I will guide you through a series of Savasana practices using yoga Nidra techniques. I will use techniques such as the dream journey or visualization or breath awareness. In some practices I will prompt you to set an intention or Sankalpa. This course is based on recordings of the Savasana relaxation from real Yoga classes where I use the Yoga Nidra techniques to help students into that calm, yet focused state of Yoga Nidra, the yogic sleep. Savasana promotes deep physical and mental relaxation allowing the benefits of your yoga practice to settle and be absorbed. It is a well deserved opportunity to connect with your inner self and find stillness. Background music is present in all the tracks. You can use the practices either in order, or in any given order.
