Mindful Mornings

If you find mornings particularly challenging or if you simply like to start the day with space to nurture yourself and set positive intentions, I've created this course for you. I've designed the course to be a place you can return to again and again anytime you need a space in the morning to feel nourished and cultivate a positive mindset for the day ahead. Over seven days, I'll suggest prompts for your journaling and reflective practices to foster a sense of gratitude, intention, and self-awareness. Each day begins and ends with a thoughtfully crafted poem to inspire and deepen your reflections. Each day I'll invite you to reflect on a theme or prompt you to take action that will help you feel supported and nourished for the day ahead. I'll then give some information about each theme to help reinforce the benefits of the practice you are doing. Over seven days, we'll cover the themes of gratitude, positive intentions, self-care, personal strengths, your support system, affirmations, and mindful moments. By the end of this seven-day journey, you'll feel more connected to your inner self and your personal strengths. By the end of this course, you will have begun a powerful daily practice of creating mindful moments each morning, and you'll be equipped with a set of practical tools to maintain a positive and supportive mindset to support you each day. This course is here to help you start your days with a profound sense of gratitude and appreciation for the support in your life and your own inner resources. Meet your Teacher

Caroline Inckle is a visual artist and life coach based in Scotland who loves to connect people with their innate creativity and support wellbeing. She uses her skills in coaching and creativity to help people get good things done and create the life they truly want to live. Caroline's work on insight timer draws from her experiences as an artist and coach, as well as her own lived experience of cultivating a life of joy and abundance while navigating mental health challenges. Caroline holds a first-class degree in Fine Art and a Master's degree with distinction in Design Innovation and Collaborative Creativity. She runs a small boutique creative consultancy 'Studio Constella', based in Scotland, where she delivers a constellation of projects, workshops, and programs with a human-centred approach and a focus on supporting creativity and community connection. Recent projects include Co-lead artist producer for Remembering Together Moray - a Co-created Community Covid Memorial for Moray. Recent exhibitions include The Gordon Contemporaries in Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museum.
