Meditation Timer OnlineCaroline is a yoga and mindfulness teacher. She began her mindfulness studies focusing on young children and those who care for them. Caroline has lots of influences and really settled to online meditation during the pandemic. She aims to keep meditation simple and accessible for everyone. Caroline has trained to teach with the Mindfulness Association, the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) and has a Master's degree in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen. She is a 400 hour yoga teacher and has trained to teach Hatha yoga and Zen yoga. Caroline teaches in local studios, schools and universities.
