Today I invite you to journey with me to go on an exploration of self.

You can use this as a meditation or as a reminder.

You can be still with eyes closed or walking slowly with eyes open.

What I do ask for your benefit is to make this a pause in your life,

Not another thing to do or a way to multitask.

Use this as a gentle reminder,

A daily whisper,

A moment to remember who you are.

Beneath all the struggles,

The worries,

The symptoms,

The to-do's,

Beneath all the noise and the busyness awaits your calm strength.

Awaits your natural state where you are purely you.

Brilliant,

Creative,

Expressive,

Alive.

That genius is always there.

It is you.

Remember her.

Go there now.

Down to your core.

Go visit your being.

Right now.

There is no time to waste.

She is waiting.

Remember her.

Remember who you are.

This breath,

This step,

This moment is an opportunity to leave the world,

The chaos,

The busy,

The noise,

The responsibilities.

This moment is an opportunity to remember,

To bask in your magnificence,

To touch your potential,

To sense into what is emerging,

What is whispering,

What is knocking at the door.

For right now,

Rest here,

In this breath,

Beneath everything you think you are.

Rest here beneath the busy.

Here you are.

Here I am.

Remember,

My sister,

You have so much to offer this world.

You have so much wisdom,

Life experience,

Love,

Remembering who you are daily,

In the quiet moments of the morning,

On the walk in the woods,

While you're chopping carrots.

Remember her down to your core,

Beneath the busy,

The noise,

The symptoms,

The struggle.

Touch her now.

And if your eyes have been closed,

You can open them.

Seeing the world anew,

Carrying forward that essence of who you are,

Beneath it all.

Put a smile on your face,

That wise smile of a wise woman,

And step forward into your day.

Thank you for listening.

Thank you for remembering who you are.

Thank you! I recently lost myself to grief and my time with you this morning helped me remember——myself.
