Our days can be very busy, scheduled and crammed with one appointment after another. During those days, we often forget to pause. Our breath is the connection between our body and its mirror, the mind. I created the Mindful Minute for those of us who want to reconnect to themselves to recenter with a quick, mindful check-in. A mindful minute to reconnect to yourself.

Close your eyes and feel within.

Inhale and exhale deeply.

Roll back your shoulders and circle your neck from left to right three times,

Dropping any tension you may feel right now.

You are allowed to let go and be here in this moment.

Now return to center and connect to your breath.

Place your hand on your tummy if you like.

Inhale and exhale calmly in your own rhythm.

Can you feel the rising and falling of your belly with the in and out breath?

This is you filling your belly with the aliveness you are right now.
