Our days can be very busy, scheduled and crammed with one appointment after another. During those days, we often forget to pause. Our breath is the connection between our body and its mirror, the mind. I created the Mindful Minute for those of us who want to reconnect to themselves to recenter with a quick, mindful check-in.
