Beautiful soul.
This meditation is offered under the light of the March full moon in Virgo,
A moon that invites us to clear ground and come back into balance with ourselves.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Allow your body to settle and gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose and exhale fully through the mouth.
As you continue to follow your breath,
Just allow yourself to arrive.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Noticing where you may be holding tension.
Virgo energy reminds us that healing begins by listening.
With each breath,
Imagine your body softening,
Your shoulders releasing,
Your jaw unclenching Here,
You don't need to fix anything.
Just notice.
Imagine now the full moon shining softly above you.
Not harsh or demanding,
But calm and steady.
This light gently illuminates what's ready to be released.
Mental clutter,
Self-criticism,
Unrealistic expectations,
Anything that no longer supports your well-being.
Silently repeat.
I release what drains me.
I choose what nourishes me.
Now,
Imagine this moonlight moving through your body,
Clearing,
Organizing,
And soothing like a gentle energetic reset.
Allow it to restore balance to your nervous system,
Bringing a sense of calm,
Clarity,
And grounded presence.
Allow this healing to spread throughout your body,
Throughout your energy.
Your entire energy body feeling rejuvenated,
Recharged,
And vibrant once again.
Start to bring your attention back to your physical space,
Back to this room,
The surface beneath you,
Your connection back to the planet.
Grounding in this energy,
Reconnecting to your strength.
Bring some light movement into your body,
And take one final deep breath in,
And slowly release.
