Today is a new day. The attitude of acceptance can be defined as accepting things as they are in the present moment, without judgment. In this meditation, be reminded to stay here. Not to look forward or in the past. But be here in the present.

Today,

I accept all that I am,

The person who crawled out of bed,

The emotions that came along with me,

The attitude that's stirring up inside of me.

I accept where I've been and where I want to go,

But before I dwell on there,

I stop here.

Before I go back,

I stop here.

I appreciate where I am today.

I stick a pin in this moment,

Accept it for what it is,

Accept me for who I am,

Accept where I am right now.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you release,

Relax your shoulders.

Take another deep breath in,

As you release,

Ease your forehead.

One more deep breath in,

And this time,

As you release,

Calm your mind.

Stay here for a moment,

Enjoy each moment of your day today.
