As you find comfort in your seat and a clear mind,

Relax your muscles.

On your next inhale,

See if you can make it a little longer.

Just a little bit deeper.

And when you exhale,

See how long you can extend it.

And hold it right there.

Now release.

Breathe in again.

Make this inhale even longer than the last.

Deeper.

And exhale.

Blowing that breath out your mouth.

Alright,

Last breath in.

Make it the best yet.

Long and deep.

You take it in as much as you can.

Release.

As you continue breathing regularly,

Repeat these affirmations with me.

With this breath,

I call in joy.

And release pain.

I call in peace.

And release stress.

I call in good health.

And release sickness.

I call in provision.

And release lack.

I call in love.

And release hate.

I call in comfort.

And release tension.

Sit for a moment and consider what else you need.

Go ahead and call it in.

Like we did before,

Release what doesn't serve you.

As you go on throughout your day today,

When this breath becomes a distant thought,

Make your inhale a little longer and your exhale more meaningful.

And call in exactly what you need.
