This is a recording of Thich Nhat Hanh's 16 exercises of mindful breathing meditation, taken directly from his book 'Tranformation - healing the innerchild'. It was recorded specifically for attendees of my mindful bookclub but I hope it will be helpful for anyone who would like to go deeper with their practice.
