Let's take a few moments and settle in.
Close the eyes.
Relax the physical body.
Replace the hands on the knees,
On the lap or somewhere comfortable.
And begin to draw your attention inward.
Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale let it go.
Again conscious breath together.
Inhale and exhale let it go.
One last time inhale and exhale release.
With the eyes closed,
The shoulders relaxed,
The jaw softened.
Bring your awareness to space around the heart.
See if you can soften that space.
Notice what comes to mind.
Either thoughts,
Feelings,
A word or words.
And you sense love.
Now relax stuff the m you you With your awareness at the heart space can you feel the love?
Love within you Love around you the Essence of who you are The essence beneath and within all things Can you feel that?
That force that animates your consciousness?
The energy that lights the flame of awareness Love you you you you you you Continue to breathe consciously deeply With every inhale we connect to our love We draw it in We become aware of this thing inside all things and with every exhale that is what we send out into the world Take the next few moments breathe Breathe with courage breathe deeply breathe breathe you you you you you you you you Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale let it go Notice the quality of the mind When we meditate on love Notice how you feel about the people in your life The things around you Notice how you feel about yourself You You You You You You You You You You You Keeping the eyes closed start to bring your awareness back to the body Bring your awareness back into the space that you have created for your meditation And before you open the eyes Please remember You are love You are here to give and receive love You are worthy of love This is our birthright our divine heritage Let it radiate from the center of your being Gently blink the eyes open Thank you for meditating with me You have a beautiful day
