Find a comfortable position and begin to settle in.
And close the eyes.

Let's take a deep inhale together.
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Breathing out.
Let's do it again.
And inhale.
And exhale.
Let's do one more breath together.
Deep inhale.
And exhale.
As we begin to settle into our position.
As we begin to meditate together.
We're going to think of things that we love.
Let's share some things that we love.
Lilia,
What are some things you love?
I love spending the time with mommy and daddy.
Good,
Spending time with the people we love.
With our mommies and our daddies and all the people we love.
How do we feel when we think of people we love?
I feel really happy.
Me too.
Take a few moments and think of some people that you love.
Notice how this makes you feel.
Now what are some other things that we love?
I love horses.
Good,
Animals.
What else?
I love cats.
Good,
Our pets.
Anything else?
And I love watching the bees.
Watching the bees,
That's amazing.
Let's all take a few moments and think about some things in nature.
Animals,
The pets in our homes,
Insects,
And maybe some other things outside that you love.
Notice if this makes you smile or if it makes your heart feel good.
Now,
One of the best things about love is that we get to feel it for ourselves,
But we also get to give it to other people.
How can we do this?
Give somebody a hug or say I love you.
That's right.
You can give a hug,
Say I love you.
There are so many ways to express love,
And it makes everybody feel good.
Everybody likes to feel loved.
Let's all take a moment and think of how we're going to share love after this meditation.
Now,
One last thing for this meditation.
We're going to put our hands over our hearts.
Place your hands over your heart and feel all the love that's inside there.
Inside your heart is a lot of love.
That's right.
The heart is filled with so much love.
Now is the best part.
Now let's go share some of this love with everybody we see.
Let's start to come back to the present moment.
And if the eyes are still closed,
Open up the eyes.
