Hi everybody,

My name is Brian.

Hi,

My name is Delilia.

And we're going to do a meditation today about gratitude.

Gratitude is to be thankful.

Today specifically we're going to share gratitude about food.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position.

Find a comfortable position.

You can be sitting with your legs crossed,

Or lying down,

Or in a chair.

Anything that is comfortable for you.

And close your eyes.

And close the eyes.

Let's take a deep inhale together.

And exhale,

Let it go.

Now let's begin to think about where we get our food.

From the ground and from the trees.

That's right.

The food comes from the earth,

In the ground,

On trees.

So let's all take a moment in our meditation to be thankful for the earth,

In the soil,

In the minerals,

In the sunshine,

In the rain,

And the farmers,

And all the people who harvest the food,

And the people who package the food,

And the stores where we buy the food.

And let's be thankful for money that we have to buy the food.

And our bodies from eating the food?

That's right.

We can also be thankful for our bodies' ability to process the food.

Let's take a deep inhale together.

And exhale,

Let it go.

So the next time we eat our cereal in the morning,

Or our sandwich at lunch,

Or pizza at night,

We can take a moment and share gratitude.

We can be thankful for all of these things that have helped us find nourishment,

All of these things and people that have helped us to become healthy.

Gently blink the eyes open.

Gently blink the eyes open.

We'll see you again soon.

Thank you for meditating with us.

Bye-bye.

Bye.
