For this active breathing technique,
You'll want to be laying down flat,
Without your head or legs being too elevated or propped up.
So if you haven't already,
Take a moment here to find yourself laying down in a comfortable flat position,
Physically cuing the mind and the body to relax and let go.
And perhaps lying with your palms up,
Symbolizing your willingness to open here.
Closing the eyes,
Holding your intention for this meditation softly within.
We're going to be starting with the breathing technique.
Everything will be in and out of the mouth.
First part of the inhale is taken in the belly,
And the second part in the chest.
So it's a two part inhale and one part equal exhale.
Both in and out of the mouth.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Know that you can take the breath as deep and expansive or as soft and shallow as you like.
Just try to maintain the pattern throughout.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
Everything is in and out of the mouth.
It's totally normal for it to feel uncomfortable,
Particularly at the beginning here.
We're inducing a hyper relaxed state within the body and mind.
It's very common to feel light headedness,
Dry mouth or tingly sensations.
So if those come up,
Know that they will pass.
Just focus on the breath.
You're totally safe.
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale.
The mind is meant to be a tool for our expansion.
It directs our intention and awareness.
It allows us to create and it desires to serve.
So if you're feeling resistance here,
Just gently redirect the mind to neutrally observe the breath.
Give it the higher job to anchor you more fully into the present.
Trust that whatever comes up is asking to be experienced.
Emotions are energy in motion.
They're meant to move through us.
We are sentient beings.
Our reality is felt.
So if at any point you feel any unprocessed emotions or stuck energy come up,
It's important to give them a channel so that they can be transformed.
Just bring your breath and your willingness to those spaces.
Allowing any feelings or sensations to be.
Beyond the ego's illusions of separation and laugh.
You are held by a presence that is boundless and pure.
Yet this presence,
This loving creative energy does not come from an outside source.
The energy within you is the energy of creation.
Your soul is your tether to the co-creative field.
It is your true magnetic power.
When we can align our will,
That is to say our human desires,
With the soul,
We begin to summon the forces of creation.
When we're blocked in our manifestations,
We've merely become too reliant on the ego.
The ego is the part of us that separates and therefore suffers.
The illusion of separation is our only true block.
This is the basis of all of our suffering.
It's the hardship and the weight we feel from carrying all that is untrue.
Simply become aware of how your ego has been at play within your desires.
Because it believes itself to be separate,
It's in constant negotiation with the external world to determine its worth,
Potential or well-being.
But how could another ever assure you of the love that you are?
How could anything outside of you determine your true and impermeable power?
How has the ego mind or the illusion of separation caused you to look to a specific condition or action of another to affirm your truth or sense of well-being?
In what subconscious negotiations need to be surrendered in order to make way for your expansion,
Your greater remembrance,
Or greater ability to create?
Our conditioning often has us believe that things have to be hard in order to value them,
Or in order to value ourselves,
Or that love requires sacrifice or pain.
We're taught that success will bring us esteem,
But attainment is the ultimate illusion.
Trust your intuition and just sensing into the beliefs you're ready to let go of.
And you can even say them out loud.
What are you no longer willing to carry?
Looking back to the breath and the breathing pattern,
We're almost there,
Just a few more breaths.
We're taught that we have to work,
Prove,
Or sacrifice in order to receive.
But abundance is a state of being.
The universe's language is energetic.
All things are held in immaculate perfection when in their inherent harmony.
So how could you be any different?
And coming back to our normal breath now.
And breathe into this creative life force that surges through you.
And by definition of existence,
You are a co-creator.
This energy,
This heightened state is meant for creation.
Life intelligence desires to become more through you.
You need only align your will with the purity of its higher intention,
Which is also coherence with your soul.
So what is it that your soul wants to create and experience?
And the things that your ego desires?
Why would your soul desire these things?
And breathe into this fullness.
How glorious it can be.
When you feel that this is your power of creation.
This is what you truly create from.
This feeling.
The expansiveness of your soul.
Your unconditioned and therefore infinite self.
Feel the satisfaction,
Gratitude and life force generated from your desires already made real.
Let the feeling touch every cell and center of your being.
Recall that there is no doing in manifesting.
There is only being.
So surrender your visions now.
Let the one intelligent energy of creation that unfolds in perfect order arrange the pieces.
Let go.
Bless it.
And the more that you resonate with your oneness,
The more infinite and seamless your abilities to create become.
In this moment,
Can you love what you may have seen as lack or limitation into oblivion?
Can you see how it too is divine?
Using the breath to consciously feel gratitude for our ability to choose.
Which is the beauty of creation.
Taking a few grounding breaths now into the body.
Perhaps some gentle movements.
Perhaps taking one hand on the heart and the other on the belly.
Is there a sacred promise you can make to yourself?
To the beauty that is this life?
How shall you offer this expansive heart,
This incredible light,
This miraculous body?
And recalling that all healing and all manifestation occurs in the present.
At every moment within time and space you stand fully within the apex of creation.
And at any moment we can choose to remember.
There is no potential within the universe that cannot be touched.
That cannot be graced by your will.
So may you will your divine expression into being.
