This meditation is an incredibly direct and focused practice for the times you simply only have 5 minutes for meditation. It's not every day we have 20-30 minutes for our personal practice. Often we can only fit in maybe 5 minutes but that 5 minutes is still very important and that's what this guided meditation is for. I hope it is of some service to you.

Transcript

Begin by finding a comfortable seated posture suited to you in this moment.

Knowing the earth below you will always be your support.

Control and supported,

Now we can truly relax the body.

Inhale deeply in through the nose and down into the abdomen,

Feel it expand.

As we exhale,

We release all tension remaining in the body with it.

Focusing on our breath in this way for the next few moments.

Just listening to the music and knowing if the mind wanders,

We return to the breath.

Inhale deeply in through the nose and down into the abdomen.

Inhale deeply in through the nose and down into the abdomen.

Allow your focus to shift back into the space around you.

The moments pass drifting into memory.

Thankful for taking this time for yourself.

Until next time and with love,

Namaste.
