In this short meditation, Brandt takes us through an embodied mantra practice. We are guided to gently scan our body before silently installing the mantra ‘om nama shivaya’ into the entire body while holding full body awareness. The power of this embodied mantra practice lies in how much it makes sense to our mind. If you do it many times it can feel physical and embodied. We use the mantra to stay in the body and the body to stay in the mantra.
