Let's close our eyes.
And get a sense of our bodies and space.
And then begin to notice the breath moving in and out of the body.
And notice the lower half of the body.
So,
Your pelvis,
Legs,
And feet.
Let your mind set on that,
Those areas for a moment.
Maybe doing a gentle scan,
Seeing what you notice.
And then shifting the awareness to the upper body,
The torso,
Arms,
And shoulders,
Head.
Spending a few moments noticing those areas of your body and seeing what you notice there.
And then shift and notice your whole body sitting here.
Notice your whole body.
And as you notice your whole body,
We're going to use the mantra,
Umm Namah Shivaya,
And we're going to insert that mantra into the body.
So as you silently say the mantra,
Umm Namah Shivaya to yourself,
Every time you say it,
Imagine it's ascending into your body.
And filling up your entire body from your lower body,
Your feet,
Legs,
Pelvis,
Your upper body,
Your torso,
Arms,
Legs,
Hands,
And head.
Allow the internal vibration of Umm Namah Shivaya to fill your entire body.
And we'll sit with that practice for a moment.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.
Now the practice to fade away as you take some slightly deepened breaths in and out of your nose.
The activity of the practice fades as the vibration stays within us.
And as with all practices,
Know and tell yourself that you've done enough for this moment.
And that presence is always available.
As you're ready,
You can slowly begin to open the eyes.
