This meditation is to help you begin to identify your own energy. Stephanie will lead you through some breathing and relaxation to help you dive deeper inward. Allow your mind to relax and your senses to be heightened as you begin to connect with your heart and soul.

Beginning to sense your own energy.

I'd like you to find a comfortable space where you can sit or lay down without interruption.

Make sure you're nice and comfortable,

Ready to relax and take a trip inward.

Let's begin with some nice deep breaths,

Breathing all the way in deep into your belly and all the way out.

Good.

Take a few more deep breaths all the way in,

Allowing your chest to expand,

Pulling the breath all the way deep into your abdomen.

As you breathe all the way out,

Feel your body release tension,

Allowing you to become more and more relaxed.

Let's begin our journey inward.

As you continue to take nice deep steady breaths,

I'd like you to bring your attention to your body.

Allow yourself to really feel your body at the present moment.

What do you feel?

Are you aware of any aches or pains?

Is your attention brought to an emotion you're feeling?

What is your body bringing into your awareness right now?

Sit in this awareness for a few moments.

If you're feeling aches or pains,

Bring your awareness to the specific spot that's hurting and imagine yourself sending energy there now.

Put your hand on that area and send it loving energy.

Begin to feel the area soften and relax,

Dampening the aches and pains.

Now bring your awareness to your body as a whole.

Feel your heart beating,

Your blood pumping.

Feel the energy within your body working to keep you alive and well.

Allow your mind to slow down,

To quiet and allow you to be in your body right now.

Sit in this quiet space you've created and simply feel your own presence.

I'd like you to now take your hand and put it on your chest.

We're gonna tap into your heart space,

Your inner knowing.

With your hand on your chest,

Take a few deep breaths and focus your awareness on the area around your heart,

Deep within.

Feel your inner presence there.

Feel the softness of being there.

Feel the love that flows there.

This is your heart space.

This is your inner guidance system.

Get to know this energy now.

Ask it questions and wait for the quiet answers that follow.

Your heart is the core of you,

Your inner communion with your soul.

It is the foundation of your individual self,

Your energy and where you can tap into to find balance,

Truth and peace within.

This is how you begin to know your own energy.

It flows within you endlessly.

Take time to tap into it and find the knowledge that it holds to answer any questions you have to give you any guidance you seek.
