An experience of expansion.
To begin,
Let's bring your awareness to your body,
Taking some nice deep breaths,
Breathing all the way deep into the belly and breathing all the way out,
Allowing your breath to expand your body,
Collecting any stress or tension you may be holding in your body right now and releasing it with your exhale.
Allow your breath to slow your body down to bring you fully into this present moment,
Conscious right here.
And as you're sitting here,
Allowing yourself to become fully present,
Just begin to witness what you're feeling and what you're sensing in and around.
Are you feeling tension,
Contraction,
Or stress anywhere in your body?
Are there emotions just under the surface that are asking for your attention?
What do you feel present in your body right here,
Right now?
And can you allow yourself to simply feel it,
Be present with it,
Allow it?
Can you give yourself a few moments to witness it,
To give your tenderness to it,
To give space to it,
To give love and compassion to it?
Just allow yourself to let it unfold,
Let it unpack a little bit,
Let it open up and breathe into it.
And as you're giving space for these feelings and sensations,
See if you can feel space opening up in your body as you witness these feelings,
Emotions,
And sensations.
See if you can feel them dissolve,
Open up into your presence,
Into your energy,
Freeing energy in your body now.
See if you can feel your energy building with this space and openness.
And see if you can bring more compassion and love to yourself in this moment.
Allow it to activate your heart,
To open up your heart and your belly,
And to begin to expand and open wide.
And just stay present with this energy that begins to build in your body.
Let it move and sway,
Let it expand even further.
And as it expands,
Bring your attention back to your heart and how your heart is open wide,
Sending out love,
Compassion,
And openness in this moment.
Feel yourself free,
Free to be just as you are in this moment right here.
And allow your awareness and your consciousness to be fully present here,
Experiencing this energy and these sensations,
Feeling yourself open and alive with these feelings and sensations.
