This is a meditative practice that will help you to heal emotional trauma from this lifetime. You will be asked to choose a memory that has caused you trauma. Through the guided imagery, you will see the memory, heal the memory and heal your body with energy medicine. Use this practice only when you are ready to heal and release trauma. You will know when you are ready. This meditation is not for abuse based trauma, acute or complex trauma.

Open Heart Meditation,

A channeled meditation for trauma release.

This is a meditation to help you remove emotional blocks and release trauma from this lifetime.

Choose a place to practice this meditation that can bring you complete comfort and security.

To practice this meditation,

Pick a memory that you know brings emotional attachments to it,

Emotional trauma.

You are not going to relive this moment.

You are going to view it from an outsider's perspective,

Looking in on you as you were in this memory.

You will look upon yourself living in that moment.

You will not be reliving it.

You will have full compassion for all involved in this memory,

Even the perceived wrongdoer.

This is an important part of the process.

Having an open heart will allow you to perceive this memory in this way.

The task is to release the trauma and in doing so,

You will release the blocks that are preventing you from living your most vital self,

Your most vital life at this time.

Most memories are not as they were in the actual moment in time,

But a reflection of your emotions at that moment.

So now in order to be in this memory,

We need you to open your heart.

To begin,

Place your hands over your heart and say aloud,

I live here whole body and soul.

I live here whole body and soul.

Feel your heart open in your chest.

Feel yourself connect with your body,

Connect with your heart,

Connect with your emotions.

Be very present in your heart.

Be very present at this time.

Feel love and compassion for yourself,

For your past,

Your present and your future.

Feel your heart begin to expand and open wide.

Imagine or see a green light emanating from your heart chakra.

See it shining very bright.

Now let that green light swirl and merge with a beautiful pink light.

Let the pink light shine ever so brightly in your chest.

This will allow you to open your heart chakra and allow the energies to flow.

Allow the love and compassion you have to flow.

Now as you begin to choose a memory,

We need you to feel the safety and security you have in this moment.

You are perfectly safe and comfortable where you have chosen to do this meditation.

You are not in harm's way.

You are not reliving this trauma.

You are viewing it differently from any other time.

You are viewing it from outside of yourself.

The trauma is not happening to you again.

You are simply viewing it as an outsider.

As you do this,

You are going to feel compassion for all involved.

You are going to feel compassion for the wrongdoer.

You are going to feel compassion for yourself in that memory,

In that moment.

And you are going to feel compassion for yourself in this moment.

It is time to become detached from this memory.

It is time to release it.

To release the emotions and to bravely walk forward in your life.

You can do this.

Now,

Pick your memory.

As you begin to view this memory in your mind,

See yourself looking upon yourself in this memory and those who are involved.

Watch as it unfolds and let any emotions connected to this memory come to you.

Feel them fully.

It may be rage.

It may be a feeling of persecution.

It may be intense emotional release,

Discomfort and unhappiness,

Sadness,

Anger.

Whatever this memory holds for you,

You need to feel it fully right now.

Look upon yourself in that memory and feel the emotions you felt in that moment.

Let them come to the surface.

Appreciate those emotions.

Those emotions served you well at that time,

But now it is time to release them.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

Break free from the emotions that have had a hold on you,

That have blocked you.

When you feel that the emotion has left,

It is now time to have compassion for this memory,

For this past moment in your life.

Have compassion for the fact that at any moment,

Every human is doing what they feel is right,

What they think the best choice is,

Whether it be right or wrong.

And in that moment,

The person who wronged you thought,

With their experiences and their deemed knowledge,

That they were doing the right thing.

If you allow yourself to give them compassion,

You can forgive them and release this memory.

Have compassion for yourself.

Have compassion for everything that you felt in that memory,

In that moment in your life.

And know that it is no longer connected to you.

It is no longer holding you back or blocking you from living your truest self now in the present moment.

You are a brave soul for taking this journey,

And it is in this journey that great healing can occur and will occur.

You have begun a transformation,

A vital transformation.

The essence that fills you with life has just been elevated.

Feel the great weight being lifted.

From your heart,

You can now see butterflies being released.

These butterflies are taking away pieces of you,

All the pieces of you that were holding fear and trauma.

Let the butterflies take these pieces away.

Watch them flutter all around you now.

You are now being wrapped in blankets that ground you to the earth.

These blankets are heavy and are piled all around you,

Fully enveloping you.

You feel great comfort with these energetic blankets all around you now.

These blankets are the souls of elders,

Of wise elder grandmothers who are surrounding you and grounding you now.

Feel the weight of them comforting you and grounding you.

Feel their immense love for you.

Feel their joy in helping you with this transformation.

From the blankets,

Energy is emitted.

Energy that fills all the cracks and holes where the fear was living,

The fear and the trauma.

See the energy from these blankets fill these holes within you.

See it spark as it connects and ignites you with healing energy and life force.

These new pieces of you are igniting the rest of your body with light,

Healing and life force.

Feel them filling the spaces and making you whole again.

Feel the transformation as more pieces fill you,

Complete you,

Make you whole.

You feel the liberation of having released these emotions in this memory and filled it with compassion.

Every moment that happens,

Happens in perfect timing.

And now you can use this process to further release emotions,

Blocks and memories that are no longer serving you so that you may fill your soul,

Your life with vitality again.

You are loved.

You are very loved beyond comprehension.

All that love is eternal.

It will never leave you because you are a perfect and important piece of the whole.

You are an expression of the universe and all of your experiences are greatly important to the experience of the whole.

The past is no longer connected to you.

It does not exist.

Now the present moment is the only moment that exists.

Your past no longer has a hold on you.

Feel the complete freedom you have from the past.

Bring love and compassion to yourself.

Feel the vibrancy come back to you again as all of the energy you are putting into the past returns to you now in the present moment.

Feel the nourishment of this returning energy,

Your vital energy.

There is a golden light now emanating from your chest and it is expanding out and out and out until it lights up your whole body,

Encasing your whole body in an orb of golden light.

This warm golden light is healing you,

Bringing you back to a perfect whole.

Allow yourself to feel nourished and revitalized by this golden light and stay with this golden light until you are full to the brim with it.

Savor this moment and know that you can return here anytime you wish,

Anytime you need to come back to complete Harni again.

Thrive now and be well.
