Hello precious soul.
We are in a time of great awakening,
A time of remembrance.
There's a beautiful song that repeats the chorus,
We are here to love,
To serve,
And remember.
As we are shaken from our slumber through all of these emotional experiences,
Through the mind grasping for certainty,
For security.
We are being awakened,
We are being reminded of what is most important,
We are being reminded of who we are,
And we are being reminded of who we are.
We are being given an opportunity to question our choices,
To question our behavioral patterns,
The ways that we have been living up until this point.
We are being reminded of who we are,
We are being reminded of who we are.
We are being reminded of who we are,
We are being reminded of who we are.
We have an opportunity in this time to reflect.
I invite you to take a moment and imagine yourself as a child,
Even if you don't remember clearly what it was like to be a child.
Remember or imagine how you were as a curious,
Open,
Dream-filled child.
For many of us,
We had very difficult childhoods,
But that didn't stop the mind from dreaming,
From questioning life.
What did you use to dream of as a child?
How did you imagine your life would be?
What kind of a person did you imagine yourself to be?
And then I invite you to see how much of that dream,
Of those hopes and desires,
Have been lost in the striving of this human experience.
Are you the person today that you envisioned yourself becoming?
Are you living with the kindness or compassion or courage or passion that you imagined you would live with as an adult?
We spend so much time striving for these ideas of what we think our life should be.
We spend so much time striving for a sense of security,
Whether that be feeling a level of acceptance within our family and peers or achieving a certain status in the world.
We have forgotten who we are.
We have forgotten the heartfelt dreams of the child that we once were.
We have forgotten the pure freedom and joy and aliveness that resides in each and every one of us without question.
We have simply forgotten.
This is our time to remember.
To remember the heart.
To remember what it is.
What it truly is.
To be a human being.
A human being.
Not a human doing.
But the embodiment of being.
To remember that we are here for each other.
To uplift each other.
To serve each other.
To grow with each other.
We are here together.
And it is not a coincidence.
It is not a coincidence that you are listening to these words right now.
This is your very own heart speaking to you.
Reminding you that it's time to remember.
We are here to love,
To serve,
And to remember.
I love you so.
Rare.
You
