This is a live recording of a gong bath. Get yourself comfy in a place where you'll not be disturbed - with cushions, blankets and eye-mask to support this inward-facing journey. The gong can be very powerful, and there may be deep emotions and memories that get lifted, during and after the session so please take care of yourself. The gongs can get quite loud in places so watch the volume of your speakers and headphones.

So let's bring some awareness into the body first of all.

Let's do some really nice deep breaths.

So breathing in and out through the nostrils.

Allow the shoulders just to drop.

Make sure you're not holding any tension in the jaw.

Get rid of any expression in the face.

Just allow the body to really sink down into the mat,

Into the floor,

And into the earth.

And the earth is going to look after you.

So I want you to feel really safe.

Allow the body to deeply relax.

And I'll see you on the other side.
