Sara is a 500 RYT yoga teacher and sound practitioner with a deep interest in the healing potential of vibration, breath, and embodied awareness. She works with a range of sound tools, including the sacred drum, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice, and drone, with a particular emphasis on subtle energy and nervous system regulation. Her practice is rooted in yogic philosophy and informed by years of experience guiding others through somatic and energetic journeys. Sara is especially drawn to the intersection of sound, intention, and transformation, and brings a grounded, intuitive presence to her teaching.
