Explore MeditationSara came to yoga and meditation as modalities to mitigate chronic stress that was resulting in negative impacts on her health. After a relatively short period of practice, experiencing the benefits, she decided to deepen her practice through an MBSR course and yoga teacher training, earning a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 credential. In 2021 Sara completed 100-hour meditation teacher training to be of better service in facilitating and guiding meditation practices and started You Are Here LLC focused on learning to live in the present moment through the mindful practices of yoga and meditation. Sara is currently enrolled in a 300-hour yoga teacher training program which she hopes to complete at the end of 2022.
