A really nice gentle practice. And I loved the little bits of trivia about Jo Pilates too.

Thanks for sharing this little gem, Pia. I used it to start my Sunday and it has me feeling relaxed to move into the day.

Great (beginning audio intro had hollow sound funkiness 🧐😵‍💫😎)! Very clear, effective. Perfect time length. Thank you for your gift 🙃🎈

I remember doing this technique with you so many times in the Canggu studio. Definitely one of the easier ones - great for releasing emotion and tension. (And maybe a few tears as well ;) It’s such a privilege to have you on Insight Timer Pia. Thank you for teaching me the world of Pilates. There’s no other way of saying it. Pilates saved my life. And your care made it possible.

Something different and I could really feel my calves on this one. Very good. Great instruction!

My back is really stiff in the morning, but the stretch was nice.

Wow! Focusing on this foundation really connects to overall posture and relieves back ache. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

My takeaway: variations in simple seated forward fold. Having the back supported by wall was my fav. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

TY, this is a great video, will be using it. All of it was very tough for me, actually I had to sit on a yoga riser except the wall position. Will save and work on. I am 72 and although I to full body stretching daily I have never been real flexible and have exercised consistently for 50 years.
