Cora began her journey to mindfulness after injuring both legs in Taekwondo and turning to yoga & mindfulness to heal her body & mind. In college, Cora led meditations for students & studied yoga and mindfulness in Psychology. Today, she has received over 350 hrs. of training in mindfulness through Mindful Schools, 200 hr. yoga teacher certificate, and 18 yrs. of experience training in Taekwondo. Cora is a teacher of all of these practices for children ages 3 all the way to senior citizens.
