Mel got introduced to meditation in 6th grade & has been meditating on & off since. In recent years, she's been more focused on meditation & has been teaching people in her organization how to meditate & the benefits of meditation at work & their daily lives. Apart from over 20 years of experience in L&D, she is a Certified Applied Positive Psychology practitioner & is currently completing her Accredited Coach hours with ICF. She is a vegan, gluten-free yogini, an avid traveler & tango dancer.
