This short meditation focuses on your vagus nerve - the nerve that releases tension when we're stressed. We mostly feel this in our stomachs (tummy in knots). This will help you refocus on your breath, relaxing your vagus nerve.

Find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Feet flat on the floor if you're sitting on a chair or across your legs on the floor or on your bed.

Make sure your spine is erect,

Chin slightly lower,

And I invite you now to close your eyes or to rest your eyes.

Begin to notice your breathing.

Breathe slowly and calmly,

Just watching the flow of your breath.

Breathe in through your nose and gently out through your mouth.

Let the stomach be soft as you breathe.

Feel it gently rise and fall.

As you breathe in,

Repeat the word soft to yourself.

As you exhale,

Repeat the word belly.

Continue like this and imagine your belly softening with each breath.

Feeling the image soft and exhale belly.

Allow your body to feel a bit more present with each breath.

Feel the vagus nerve of your body,

The nerve responsible for relaxation begin to activate,

Allowing the mind to calm and bringing you into the moment.

Feeling a complete relaxation as you exhale,

Beachy down the chaion,

Might be relaxing,

Jimin.

Onions.

Paper dra meilleur is easier to pack over the Soft belly.

Soft belly.

Now I invite you to gently bring your awareness back into the room.

Take a slightly deeper inhale.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you hear the sound of the bell,

You may open your eyes.

The bell is now ringing.
