Stacy (she|her) uses mindfulness meditation, yoga, and sound-healing to guide people to connect fully with themselves. Her compassionate approach is focused on helping others find ease in their lives. Stacy teaches both private 1:1, group sessions, as well as workplace sessions. She is a Level 1 MBSR teacher, Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 200 & RYT 500), an Auster Sound Method certified practitioner & holds a BA in Psychology.
