Welcome to your EFT tapping meditation for anxiety.
You're going to start by sitting up and getting comfortable.
This EFT tapping will be easiest to sit up but if you really need to lay down that will work too.
This EFT tapping meditation is going to focus specifically on anxiety.
I want you to think about what you're anxious about or what's been giving you anxiety throughout this meditation.
Maybe you aren't sure why you have anxiety.
Just be sure to listen to any messages that may come through for you while we are tapping.
Tapping can be extremely powerful in moving energy through our bodies.
Sometimes things may come through to us that we weren't expecting and that's good because being aware of what we're anxious about is really going to help.
Okay now we're going to begin.
I want you to first just think about whatever that is that you're anxious about if you know.
And on a scale from 1 to 10 grade how you feel just thinking about it.
One being the lowest and 10 being the strongest.
A goal here is that by the end of our tapping session that number will go down.
Okay I'm going to tell you where the tapping points are before I say the tapping statement for that point.
You can use one finger to tap or three fingers or your whole hand or both hands.
It doesn't really matter.
I just want you to do whatever feels best for you.
Okay take a deep breath in and out.
Let's start tapping on the karate chop point what is on the side of our hand for the setup statement.
So start tapping there.
Even though I'm anxious I fully love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I feel very ungrounded and all over the place due to the anxiety I feel I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I'm feeling a lot of anxiety right now I fully love and accept myself anyway.
Okay now we're going to start tapping elsewhere.
So start right on your eyebrow.
All of the stress,
Side of your eye,
All of the anxiety under your eye,
All of the pain I feel right now under the nose,
I feel very anxious under the mouth,
I feel very out of control,
The collarbone.
I don't like when I feel anxious.
Under your armpit.
Anxiety is not a good feeling to me.
Top of your head.
Anxiety makes me feel all over the place.
Okay take another deep breath in and out.
And let's begin tapping again.
Eyebrow.
I don't like feeling this way.
Side of your eye.
This feels very debilitating to me.
Under eye.
I wish that I felt more grounded.
Under nose.
This feeling is consuming my thoughts.
Under mouth.
Anxiety is not something I like dealing with.
Collarbone.
I wish I were calmer right now.
Under your armpit.
I don't like feeling like this.
Top of your head.
I don't like feeling out of control.
Okay take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
This anxiety is taking over my day.
Side eye.
I don't want anxiety to consume me the way that it does.
Under eye.
It does not feel good.
Under nose.
I want to feel more grounded.
Under mouth.
I don't like feeling this anxiety.
Collarbone.
These anxious feelings are not serving me.
Under your armpit.
I want to focus on other things besides what's making me anxious.
Top of your head.
I want to let go of this anxiety that I feel.
Now take a deep breath in and out.
Okay so that part of the tapping was tapping on the negative so that we could move our feelings of negativity about anxiety through our body.
Now we're going to do four rounds of tapping on the positive.
So start on your eyebrow.
What if I didn't have to feel this way all the time?
Side eye.
What if I could be free in my thoughts?
Under eye.
What if anxiety did not consume me?
Under nose.
What if I thought about more than what was making me anxious?
Under mouth.
What if sometimes I could turn some of my anxiety into excitement?
Collarbone.
What if anxiety did not control me?
Under your armpit.
What if I controlled me?
Top of your head.
What if I didn't have to feel this way all the time?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Anxiety does not control me.
I control me.
Side eye.
I have the tools and knowledge to work through the anxiety that I feel.
Under eye.
Anxiety is just a feeling.
Under nose.
The more I focus on my anxiety,
The more power I give it.
Under mouth.
I choose to focus on all of the good in my life.
Collarbone.
Anxiety does not control me.
I control me.
Under your armpit.
Anxiety is something I am prepared to work through when it comes up.
Top of your head.
I believe in myself and my ability to work through anxiety however it works best for me.
Okay.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I don't have to feel anxious all the time.
Side eye.
Anxiety does not control me.
Under eye.
Anxiety is just a feeling.
It doesn't dictate my life.
Under nose.
At times,
I can turn my anxiety into excitement because excitement is the opposite of anxiety.
Under mouth.
I don't have to feel out of control and ungrounded all the time.
Collarbone.
If anxiety thoughts do come up,
I can accept them and know I will work through it.
Under your arm.
Anxiety is not something that needs to control my life.
Top of your head.
I can work through and deal with my anxious feelings.
Okay.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Anxiety does not control me.
Eye control me.
Side eye.
I do not feel controlled by anxiety.
Under eye.
Anxiety is merely just a feeling.
Under nose.
I can acknowledge my anxiety and then work through it in the ways that I know how.
Under mouth.
It doesn't have to consume my day or my life.
Collarbone.
I am a powerful person.
Under your armpit.
I believe I have the tools to work through the anxiety that I feel.
Top of your head.
Anxiety does not control me.
Eye control me.
Okay.
Now take a final deep breath in and take a big deep breath out.
Okay.
Now I want you to think about the same thing that you graded at the beginning of the session when you thought about what you were anxious about.
Just think about if now you would still grade it the same grade or if your grade went down.
Hopefully your number went down after moving all of that energy through your body.
Just remember to drink a lot of water right after this.
And if you want,
You can do this tapping routine over again in order to continue to move more of that energy through your body.
I hope you enjoyed this EFT tapping meditation.
Thank you so much for listening.
