Hello,
And welcome to this meditation on embracing the spirit of forgiveness and being forgiven.
My name is Julie E.
Grace,
And I am so honored and grateful that you have chosen me to be your guide today.
Thank you.
To begin,
Either find a comfortable seated position,
Possibly on the floor,
On a cushion,
Even on a chair or against a wall.
Or,
If you prefer to,
Come onto your back,
Perhaps with your knees bent or the legs extended and splayed.
Just find what works best for you today.
Once you've found the position best for you in this moment,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths through the nose,
And then just exhale out the mouth.
Do this a few times.
Deep inhale through the nose,
And exhale,
Sigh or blow the air out of the mouth.
With every exhale,
Feel yourself letting go of tension,
And do this as many times as you need.
Now once you sighed out a few times,
Come back to the natural rhythm of your breath.
Start to notice your breath,
And notice how the breath feels as it lands in the body.
Take that same awareness and bring it to your face,
And start to relax the brow,
And relax down along the corners of the eyes,
Down into the corners of the mouth,
And loosen all the way through the jaw.
Now imagine your whole body taking on this same sense of relaxation.
Feel your shoulders let go.
Feel your hands soften.
Imagine every ounce of tension releasing from the body.
And as you are here now,
Imagine the boundaries of your body and the space around you becoming blurry.
Feel yourself being safely held as time and space begin to dissolve around you.
Feel yourself as an entity of light,
Free and completely safe.
And as this being of light,
Feel yourself passing through a vibrant corridor,
And see that at the end of the corridor there is a door.
When you reach the door,
Open it,
Go through,
And then find yourself on a stage in a beautiful golden theatre.
In front of you see rows and rows of empty seats.
Come to the center of the stage now,
And just feel yourself radiating,
Loving awareness outward.
Feel yourself as fully present here as this being and entity of light.
Mentally now invite any beings that you have harmed in this lifetime,
Or even any other lifetimes,
To come forward and into the auditorium.
Gently ask them to take a seat.
The size of the wrongdoing is of no consequence.
Simply allow them all to come as they come.
Judge not what you see here.
You may see people from this life or others whom you do not even recognize.
You may see animals or even beings undiscernible to you.
Again,
Allow whomever comes to come.
You may even notice that a part of yourself has taken a seat.
As the auditorium fills up,
Allow yourself to expand in love rather than sorrow.
Appreciate all these beings who have showed up to allow healing of the highest order.
Take time now to mentally express to them your regrets and why you have asked them to come here today.
Tell them about your journey to this place of forgiveness.
Accept any and all love and forgiveness that they offer you.
Do not expect or require it,
But simply bask in the love that you are radiating.
Take time to apologize to certain individuals if you feel called to do so.
If forgotten memories appear,
Allow them to simply flow.
Know that all that is happening is for the highest good.
And allow yourself a few minutes here now to be in this space and to offer your true peace and to create healing of the highest vibration.
Start to finish where you are now.
Know that you can come back here any time you need.
Offer your sincerest love to all beings in this theater.
Feel your heart radiating with light,
Touching each and every being here.
Imagine their hearts welcoming your light and beaming light right back to you.
Feel that all is forgiven.
Ask them now if they have anything they'd like to share with you before you go.
Let your highest self receive the messages without defensiveness or anger.
Just receive any lessons that will help you on your journey and on your path in this life.
Thank everyone now for coming.
Sincerely thank them.
Appreciate their higher selves coming to meet your higher self.
Feel yourself on this stage even lighter than when you came and see all of these beings leaving now also lighter than when they came.
When they've gone,
Come back into your beautiful light energy and feel yourself come back into your physical body now.
Come back to the place where you are.
Feel yourself not only as mentally or spiritually lighter,
Feel yourself as physically lighter,
As unburdened.
Feel yourself as forgiven.
Feel yourself as free.
Draw your hands into prayer now in front of the heart center and offer the following words to yourself in your mind.
In your mind say,
May I be happy?
May I always feel safe?
May I be free?
And then think of a loved one of any kind,
Human,
Furry or otherwise.
Hold them in your heart and say in your mind for them,
May you be happy?
May you always feel safe?
May you be free?
And then for this earth and all its creatures,
May all creatures be happy?
May all creatures always feel safe?
May all creatures be free?
When you're ready,
Allow your eyes to gently open and draw movement back into your body and go forth with a light and blessed heart.
