Activate Your Spiritual Skills | Activate 8th Chakra | Reiki

Note: This meditation is recorded from an event and may contain occasional background noise. In this Reiki Meditation, Jamie guides you to cleanse and open your third eye (psychic), crown (divine connection), and 8th chakra a couple of inches above the crown (divine love/containing your connection to your spiritual skills). She helps you remember what gifts you brought into this earth plane with you and assists you in waking up to them so you can use them now.

Transcript

Just notice the connection,

All those tiny points of contact between the body and the furniture.

Bringing all of your energy into the room,

Using the power of your intention to invite all parts of you back.

I call all of my energy back,

Right here,

Right now.

I'm grounding into my body,

I feel my body on the ground.

Just allowing nice,

Gentle,

Easy inhales and easy exhales to move through your body.

Letting that physical body catch up and soften in its own time.

Just transitioning slowly from the physical to the non-physical.

Giving yourself time to catch up,

To take time for your brain to catch up.

Let your face soften.

Just let the breath come in and out of the body as you start to slowly settle in and gather here.

Find your way back.

Let the jaw relax.

Let the shoulders drop farther from the ears.

Let the belly soften.

Just slowly,

One percent at a time,

Moving in a new direction.

Let the hips,

The legs,

The hands and the feet start to relax,

Start to soften.

Nice,

Easy,

Deep breaths.

Got nothing to do but heal,

Expand.

Just let yourself settle in now.

Letting go of needing to do anything right now.

Letting go of effort.

Letting go of trying.

Just let yourself,

As best as you can,

Be in a nice,

Easy space of non-doing.

I am not the energy.

I am an experiencer of the energy.

I am the force behind the energy.

Wow,

What an insight.

I experience the energy fully.

But it comes and goes and it's one way,

Not the way.

But when I identify with it as mine,

It looks like the way.

Just one way.

And I soften around that and I relax a little more,

Knowing that my reality is fluid and can change at any moment.

I open my mind to new thoughts,

Healing thoughts,

Expansive thoughts,

Safe thoughts,

Loving thoughts.

And I just let myself settle in,

Doing even less,

Slowing down even more,

Nice and soft,

Nice and easy.

Resting as the space within which it all occurs.

The space,

The space,

The space.

And as you settle into this space,

We begin by moving up to the energy center in the middle of our forehead,

Our third eye,

Our intuitive psychic center.

And we intend to clean this space today and restore it with fresh energy.

And so in between our eyes,

We see this beautiful purple light.

And this light expands six feet around us in all sides,

Like a big circle that just opened up.

Maybe you see this,

Maybe you hear this,

Maybe you know this,

Maybe you feel this.

Trust yourself here.

This light expands out and starts moving counterclockwise around your body.

And as it does,

You begin to purge,

Release,

Spew out any old energies,

Others energies.

You don't even need to know what it is.

Just set your intention and let it spin.

You can imagine that you're in outer space and all this gunk's just flying out of your third eye.

And we're just going to set the intention that this little golden energetic trash can sit to the right of us.

For any energy we release today,

It goes straight into there.

We're going to throw it away at the end.

Maybe this circle,

This fan picks up speed and as it does,

More and more old energy,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Collective energies release.

Traumas.

Just let it all go.

Releasing that last bit of energetic gunk,

The circle slows,

Starts to move clockwise around your body this time.

And as it does,

You begin to pull in fresh energy into this space.

Just a vibrant purple color.

Almost as if it's magnetized to you.

It can't get to you fast enough,

Pouring in from all corners of the universe to restore,

To fill up,

To make whole.

No time,

No space,

So this can be done quickly.

Allowing that last bit of new energy in your third eye to make its way to you.

And as it does,

The circle around you starts to shrink and move back in to right between the eyebrows,

Right in the forehead space,

Cleansed and renewed.

Moving your awareness up to the crown,

Right on top of your head.

Notice this golden light.

Let this light expand six feet around you in all directions.

It begins to move counterclockwise around the body and as it does,

It releases.

You purge,

You let go without needing to know what.

You may see images,

Feel sensations or just simply take sighs.

Let it release.

Let it all go into that energetic trash can.

You don't need to see it go,

Just intend that it goes there.

Maybe you need to let it spin faster.

As it spins,

It unsticks,

It dislodges,

It releases.

Any misunderstandings or fear,

Others energies or pain,

Let it go.

Intend and release.

Releasing that last bit of energy,

No time,

No space can be done quickly.

As you release,

The light begins to slow and change directions to clockwise around the body,

Slowly picking up speed and as it does,

It magnetizes fresh golden light to you.

Almost like you're filling up at the gas station.

It just fills to the brim with fresh,

New energy.

Filling up with that last bit of energy,

We move to a couple more inches above our head to the eighth chakra.

The energy center of divine love,

We see gold.

The space that holds our spiritual skills,

This expands eight feet around us.

Spinning counterclockwise,

Releasing any fears,

Resistance,

Trauma around our spiritual skills,

Other people's thoughts or programming.

Just let it go.

All that old stuff,

It's time to release,

It's time to come home.

You're here today for a reason.

As that fan spins faster,

Dislodges,

You purge all into that energetic trash can to your right.

Releasing that last bit of energy in this space.

The light begins to spin clockwise around the body calling in fresh energy,

New energy in alignment with your soul,

Your essence.

Filling you up to the brim.

Calling in this last bit of energy,

The circle starts to come back in,

Resting this little ball of golden light two inches above the crown,

The eighth chakra.

So you see this fresh purple light,

Gold light and then gold light,

All renewed,

Open,

Cleansed,

Ready.

Now we're going to move our awareness up at the eighth chakra and we're going to keep it there for a little bit,

Just gentle focused attention there.

I want you to repeat after me.

I download and activate the codes of my eighth chakra now.

I allow my spiritual skills to be activated and for me to tune into the energy center of divine love.

I'm just taking your awareness and as best as you can,

I want you to see if you can tune in to this chakra and just listen.

Maybe you prompt it with,

Could you remind me of my spiritual skills?

And you're just listening for sounds,

Words,

Colors,

Feelings,

Images.

So as the energy downloads and activates and integrates into your system,

I just want you to tune in and listen.

And after you've gathered information,

You can just settle in and rest.

Even if you're just hanging out in a state of being,

The information will come if you bounce around from being in that chakra.

But if you can rest your focus there,

Can connect in and listen,

Or just let yourself rest.

As we call upon the highest fifth dimensional Reiki frequencies of the universe.

Plugged into the back of my hands,

Channeled through Mother Mary's hands,

Filtered through her straight to you.

No time,

No space for those watching this.

Offering us all healings in our eighth chakra.

Clearing any energy that needs to be cleared here today and restoring us with whatever it is that we need to remind us of our spiritual skills.

To download and activate them.

And to put us back on our soul path on planet earth at this time.

Allowing the Reiki to do what it needs to do for our highest good,

In safe and easy ways.

In regards to our spiritual skills and gifts.

And letting the energies integrate and change in their own divine time.

As we just let it be for now,

We've done the work,

We let it go.

As I disconnect the energies between us,

Allowing all of your energies to go back to you,

My energies to go back to me,

And any residual transmuted to love,

And so it is.

And just slowly let your awareness trickle back to the base of your spine,

The width of your hips,

Allowing your root chakra,

This energy center,

To extend,

Maybe see it,

Feel it,

Know it,

Hear it.

Let that extend down through the seat,

Through the ground,

Through the building,

Down into the earth.

Let it root into the earth,

Allowing yourself to release any energetic debris you released today from the healing.

Grounding you into the earth,

Into your own space.

Do not let others pull you into their storm.

Pull them into your peace,

Nice and grounded,

Calling back all of your own energy,

Putting this golden sun above your head,

Writing your name in it,

Intending to call back all of your energy from the healing.

Let this golden sun dump into the body,

Filling you up head to toe to fingertips,

Expanding two feet out in all directions.

Maybe you see it,

Maybe you feel it,

Maybe you hear it,

Maybe you know it.

And just slowly starting to notice the connection between your physical body and the furniture underneath of you.

Noticing all of those tiny points of contact.

Noticing the space that your body occupies in the room where you are.

Feeling your awareness right behind your eyes.

Planted inside of your body.

Deepening the breath.

Coming back to the physical presence.

One more breath.

And with this next breath,

Start to stretch or move in ways that feel good.

Coming back to the body.

And in your own time,

You can open up your eyes to the afternoon.
