Let's get grounded in the body.
Drop into the body with your attention.
Breathe lovingly on the breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And again,
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And as you drop into the body,
In the mind,
Say,
It is okay to rest.
It is okay to rest.
Now imagine a flower growing up and out through your heart space.
See the roots form from the earth up and out through your feet.
All the way up into the stem of the flower's bud.
See the glow of the sun come up and out from your crown,
Glistening over the flower's bloom.
And out through your heart.
Breathe in and ah.
And breathe out and ah.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And soften the body with each in breath.
Rest the body with each out breath.
And call forth the support of your ancestors.
Call forth their courage and their resilience.
Ask them to support you to hold you up as you embark on this healing path to remother your wounded parts.
So that you can free all of you as you pursue your highest and most powerful path.

Now call in to appear before you a younger version of you.
Allow whatever memory comes,
Whatever version of her appears.
Just let the vision present itself.
Don't work for it.
Allow it to come with ease.
This younger version of you appeared because she had needs that did not get met.
She's here so that you can meet her in a new way,
In a loving way,
In a way that really wants to know and understand and nurture.
Bring forth your high self imbued with power.
Maybe this is a higher version of you who becomes your own mother.
Or if it's easier for you to create an ideal mother archetype,
Do that.
Bring forth to mind's eye someone you know or feel care for by.
Or someone you've met along the path who made you feel safe.
Someone you've seen on TV or watched in a movie.
It could be your own mother who you'll imbue with all of the characteristics that you needed during this tender time in your youth.
Allow this version of mother to meet this young past self.
Allow this mother hold space with gentle ease.
Mothers give life.
They breathe life.
We want this mother to be generous and nurturing towards your past young part.
So if you felt hurt,
We want your inner mother to heal with attention and care.
She's gentle and kind.
She knows how to hold you and adore you.
She knows how to cherish you and how to heal you.
If you're scared,
She offers comfort and safety.
So just check in with your little self,
Your sweet,
Sweet little self.
And ask her what she needs.
And ask her what she wants.
And ask her what she feels.
And no matter what she says,
Mother self meets the expression with gentleness and validation and attunement and attention.
Patience and care.
If your little self is needing approval,
Give that to her.
Have mother self give that to her.
If you're needing to be loved and told how precious you are,
Have mother self give that to her.
If you're needing to be held,
Give that.
If you're needing to be seen,
To feel important,
To be tended to,
To feel safe,
To feel chosen,
Give that.
Give that.
Give that.
Give that.
This is a relationship that is infinite.
Mother self is here for you to access always.
She is everything you need her to be.
She is unconditionally loving.
She is regulated and she is calm and she is strong.
She is soft.
She loves you in all the ways you need her to.
Your little self may need different things from mother self depending on what's a little life for her.
All she really needs to know is that mother self is there and accessible,
Stable,
And available to love and nurture her at any time in any way that she calls for.
So give that to her as a reminder,
As a letter of love and devotion and ask her how do you feel now?
Ask her what do you need now?
And ask her what do you want now?
Just remind her you're always listening and you'll always be present as much as possible to what she feels and needs and wants because she is worth that inherently.
She always was.
She always will be.
Just spend time together in whatever way you need to.
