Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
And take a deep breath in for a count of six.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Do this a few times until your body becomes settled.
All the while keeping your attention on your breathing.
Now I want you to imagine warm honey being dripped over your entire body.
From the tip of your head all the way down to the edges of your toes.
Feel the warmth from the goo.
Provide your energy body with a delicate and sweet layer of protection.
Know that you're enveloped in this natural resource as it melts its way down through your body.
And drips to the floor.
Imagine it taking with it any tension,
Stress,
Worry,
Fear or doubt.
Like a vacuum,
Let all of those feelings be sucked up by the honey,
Sticking to it as it moves its way to the floor.
And now imagine the honey returning to the earth.
Bringing with it all of the tension you are holding in your body,
Your mind and your heart.
And now envision yourself walking into an elevator.
The doors open.
See yourself getting inside.
And once you're in,
Push the button to be taken down to the sixth floor.
Once the door opens,
You'll notice a hallway that leads you to a room with a door that's shut.
Just start to walk the corridor to that room.
And gently open the door and find your way inside.
And in this room,
You see a younger version of you.
See her at whatever age she appears as,
Just let your subconscious answer whatever comes up.
Trust it.
It's perfect.
It is the answer.
Let her know you love her.
And you're going to be asking her some questions.
And remind yourself it's safe to listen to the answers.
Tell her that you are here now to explore and discover and to take way better care of her.
Okay,
Bring a warm and gentle stance.
And ask her,
What am I most scared of finding out about you?
Let her answer whatever she says is the right answer.
Ask her,
What would I be most mortified of others finding out about us?
Listen for the answer.
Next,
Ask her,
What is the biggest lie I've told myself about us?
What's the biggest lie I've told others about us?
Next question.
What parts of you,
Sweet one,
Have I rejected?
Who and where did I learn to hide those aspects of who we are?
Just listen closely,
Let her answer.
Last question.
Is there anything stopping me from doing the discovery to transform my life?
What are the things that might stop me?
Listen closely,
Just let her answer.
Offer her compassion.
Give her a gentle embrace and thank her for her courage.
Tell her you'll see her again soon.
And now I want you to head back to the corridor,
Back to the elevator.
Back up to the first floor and back into your sacred space.
You're going to come up to journal now.
