To get started,

Allow yourself to find a comfortable position,

Whether that's laying down or sitting upright or standing.

There's no right way to be.

So I'll encourage you to allow yourself gracious acceptance towards whatever position your body needs to be in as you embark on the next series of moments connecting to mantras that will ground,

Uplift,

And inspire you to shed any fear,

Release any potent,

Stubborn insecurity,

And allow for intention,

For clarity of heart,

And for an unstoppable willingness to offer yourself gentle,

Compassionate,

Resilient recognition and accompanying narratives that are intended to support your true expression of who you most are and what you're here to do.

So to prepare,

Allow your body to become relaxed,

Dignified in posture,

But flexible too.

Now is not the time for rigidity.

Now is the time for freedom.

To allow your body to feel free in this moment.

Become aware of what that is and how that feels and what that requires from you to embody.

And as your body relaxes into whatever posture it needs to be in right now,

Bring your attention to my voice and allow yourself to connect to each mantra,

Noticing what resonates and allowing that to penetrate as deeply as you need it to so that it becomes an implicit part of what you deeply know to be true for you.

And in your mind,

You can repeat each phrase or if you'd feel more empowering,

More real,

You can say each phrase aloud.

I let love lead the way.

I welcome heart centered experiences and connections.

I hold balance in being held and contained.

I find balance in love.

I welcome myself home.

I find safety within.

I am grateful for all my gifts.

I am grateful for all those who help me heal.

I offer gratitude for my life,

Spirit,

Connections and guides.

I allow my experience to be what it is.

I offer myself respect and I honor my nature and the nature of all things.

I follow the flow of life.

I allow myself to blossom.

I trust in the divine timing of my life.

I have faith in the path.

I trust my ability to expand in work,

In relationships,

In achievements.

I let love in.

I receive love and success and care.

I am love.

I am heart.

I am full with love and heart and peace.

I embody awareness.

I hold space gently for myself and for others.

I nourish my relationships with deep presence,

Non-defensiveness and willingness to take personal responsibility.

I am not I.

My heart can hold it all and I live my life boldly,

Bravely with unwavering authenticity.

You may notice that any one of those mantras may be lingering for you and allow yourself to connect with whatever did or didn't resonate.

Allow these mantras to serve as inspiration for your own creation of what you most need to hear from yourself to move along your path empowered,

Uplifted and connected to the depth of your own power and ability to create your life as it's meant to be for you.

And if nothing else,

Give yourself the gentle,

Loving acknowledgement and appreciation for giving yourself this time today to be nourished,

To be soothed,

To be calmed and to be connected.

And notice what that feels like for you in your body,

In your heart center,

In your mind.

And as we bring this meditation to an end,

You can start to bring your attention back to your body.

Begin to wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers,

Move your shoulders or extend your limbs,

Whatever your body needs to start to wake up a little bit.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes,

Come back to the space you're in,

Orient yourself to the room or the place wherever you are by just noticing what you see,

What you smell,

What you hear,

What you feel.

Take a nice,

Slow,

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Thank you for sharing this time with me.

Be peaceful as you continue on.

Thank you.
