Let's get grounded in the body.
Drop into the body with your attention.
Focus lovingly on the breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you drop into the body,
In the mind say,
It is okay to change and grow.
It is okay to change and grow.
And now in the mind's eye,
Move into a doorway where you see a golden orb of bright light glowing and illuminating.
Vision the orb circling around your entire auric field.
Allow it to cleanse and offer release to any stale energies or any energies that aren't yours.
Anything that was projected onto you or is a remnant from some other time in space.
This is your spiritual cleansing tool.
A golden orb of bright and sacred light.
Bring it up through the head,
Down through the face,
Down through the back of the shoulders,
The clavicle,
The chest,
The breast,
Stomach,
The womb,
The pelvis,
The thighs,
The knees,
The shins,
The ankles,
The feet,
The toes.
Now rest the orb gently in the center of your brain and tie a grounding cord from the orb all the way down through your feet into the very center of the earth.
The invitation is to bring forth truth.
The invitation is to bring forth a willingness to do things differently.
Now bring awareness to a limiting belief you are working to understand and transform.
Ask this belief to present itself and all of the stories it tells you about you,
Your life,
What's possible for you,
What you do or don't deserve.
Let the belief reveal and express itself to you and all of the ways it shows up in your life.
Let it reveal how it hurts you or holds you back,
How it limits your potential,
Keeps you from what you want.
Look at where it was first created.
What experience did you have that birthed this belief?
What are some of the experiences thereafter that deepened itself into your belief structure?
Notice any feelings that come up around this.
Give them expression and meet them with a tender and loving attention.
And see if these feelings are pointing you to anything under this belief that needs healing from you.
Something that needs to hear the pain that underlies it or the fears that it has.
Beliefs give us a sense of ourselves and our lives amidst uncertain conditions and lack of control.
Beliefs are a way we identify in a world where so much is a mystery.
The gift of transformation comes when we can see clearly the stories we've believed about ourselves that aren't true.
So ask this belief,
What parts of it have lied to you?
What parts of it does it think it's protecting you from?
What does it need from you to let go of it?
Now I want you to thank this belief for serving you as long as it did.
But tell it that you'll be leaving it for a new,
Better suited belief that will elevate your experience and create a more loving and authentic space within you.
And now I want you to feel into the new belief.
Invite in the new belief more true to who you are and what you want without the fear,
Without the limitation.
Try this on.
Feel where it sits in your body when you recite it.
What feelings does it elicit?
How does it anchor itself into your deepest crevices?
Ask this transformed belief,
What does it need from you so that it can become a true part of who you are and how you live?
Ask it to reveal what steps you can take to better embody it.
What would be different in your life if you believed this?
See that picture play itself out.
Envision in the clouds the beliefs you're cultivating and see the version of you who lives out these beliefs in full embodiment.
This belief is not only possible for you,
But meant for you if it is your truth.
And so I'll invite you to revisit this meditation for deeper cognitive integration as often as you need to to align your truth with what you believe and how that embodies itself through you in what you do and how you show up in your life every day.
So in your heart center you can hold the space to remember who you are and to use this meditation to bring you back anytime you forget.
You can take a few slow deep breaths to orient yourself back to the present body.
You might begin to wiggle your toes and fingers and stretch your neck.
When you're ready gently open your eyes and bring embodied mindfulness and loving awareness to your environment.
And so I invite you to revisit this meditation for deeper cognitive integration as often as you need to to align your truth with what you believe and how that embodies itself through you in what you do and how that embodies itself through you in what you do and how that embodies itself through you in what you do and how that embodies itself through you in what you do.
