This guided manifestation practice will elicit your own experience of healing to deepen your ability to clear out blocks muddying up your ability to fully recieve all that you desire. With faith as the foundation, I will guide you through the process of tuning into your body, noticing beliefs, and releasing those that do not serve your hightest good to create space for abundance: your divine birthright. Manifestation is real, and you have the power to create your life richly. Let me help guide you.

This guided meditation is intended to help you tap into your own powerful consciousness so that you can deliberately release and transmute any old unconscious blocks that are living in your beliefs and in your narratives that are keeping you from manifesting in your life that which you most desire in abundance.

So let's start by getting settled and rested in your body to give your mind a chance to become still.

So you can start by feeling your feet on the ground or if you're laying down,

Feel your head against the floor or the pillow or the surface.

Whatever posture you're in,

Relax into it.

Feel yourself in your body,

Relaxed,

Yet alert.

You want to still feel dignified in your posture with an overall release of tension.

And as a mechanism of grounding the mind towards stillness,

Bring your attention to your breath.

Just notice the way your body is breathing freely for you.

It's unearned.

It's innate.

And it's always happening on your behalf fluidly.

And so bring your attention to your breath.

Maybe you notice the inhale and the exhale from the nostrils or the rising and falling from your chest or your belly.

Gently rest your attention on that.

And anytime you notice your mind veer off to anything else but your breathing,

The gentle simple recognition that you've lost focus is awareness.

In that place,

You can gently bring the attention back to the area of focus on your breathing or any other notable sensation you feel anywhere else in your body.

If it's too hard or too uncomfortable,

Too distracting to focus on the body,

You can offer your attention to the sound,

Anything in the environment that you can hear.

And just give yourself a few moments to stay curious about this experience of sensation or movement in the body,

Sound in the environment.

Just rest your attention and your awareness gently.

Now I'm going to bring you towards this notion of faith,

Which is composed of desire backed by belief,

Backed by expectancy.

So for this meditation at this moment,

Start to connect your conscious awareness to a strong desire,

Something you desire to call into your life,

Something you believe will make you feel better in the having of it.

Something your soul is calling you to experience or express or feel or be or have.

For many of us,

It's a relationship,

A community,

A sense of financial freedom,

Sense of purpose,

Whatever it is that you most want more of in big ways.

Bring this to being within.

And as you think of this thing,

As you feel into this desire,

Notice any tension that maybe comes in the body that may be aligned with a belief you have about how possible it is for you to accrue this desire.

You may experience a sense of buoyancy,

Joy.

You may get the chills.

You may feel shiver.

You may have a sinking stomach or a tense chest or a constriction in the shoulders.

Whatever it is,

Just notice this with attention and label the experience as an emotion.

Something like fear or doubt or trepidation.

You may also feel joy or strong belief,

Hope,

Faith,

Love,

Bliss,

Glee.

Whatever it is,

Ask yourself the next series of questions and identify the answer as whatever pops up immediately.

That is your answer.

Ask yourself,

When was the first time I felt this feeling?

How old was I?

What was happening in my life?

Who did I inherit this feeling from?

What belief do I have about how capable or worthwhile I am of having this thing that I most desire?

Now focus your attention on the area of the body in which this feeling is most alive with sensation and repeat.

I negate and clear this karmic inheritance across my experience and this realm,

Knowing that it is not serving me and I do not need it.

I release that which is not mine and does not serve my highest good.

I let go of this belief that constricts my manifesting abilities so that I create this space in my heart,

My consciousness and my sacred gift of life for that which I most desire to be received in fluid and reliable abundance.

And repeat that as many times as you need to let it shift from your energy field and from the body's experience of it.

Thereafter wash over the body,

Bright experience of light.

Whatever that is for you,

Maybe it's sparkles,

Maybe it's gold light or a feeling of sunshine and warmth,

Let your creativity embody whatever light most soothes,

Washes away and nourishes.

And bring in the light from the top of your head through the face,

Down the throat,

Into the neck,

Throughout the shoulders and chest and heart,

The abdomen,

Pelvic area,

Thighs,

Knees,

Shins,

Ankles,

Feet out through the toes,

Returning the light back into the earth.

And now repeat to yourself gently and confidently.

I am in full receiving of abundant love.

I am in full receiving of abundant health.

I am in full receiving of abundant belonging.

I am in full receiving of abundant wealth.

I am in full receiving of abundant joy.

And add in whatever else it is that is most important to you in your life now.

And as a practice,

As a ritual,

As a way to honor your own divinity,

Continue to ask yourself what you need from yourself in the moments that constriction presents itself in the body.

Bring me back to the core wound so that you can release and transmute it.

And in this very place,

You are the most magnificent and magical and mythical alchemist.

And in that place,

You fill the space with the bright light of your truth and your inherent birthright to create true,

Unwavering and joyous abundance in your sacred life here.

Allow yourself to settle.

Enjoy the rest of the music as you rest and relax into your divinity.

Always enjoy new twists and new perspectives or even small nuggets on types of practice that are typical. She has some freshness compared to others. Gentle voice as well. my only criticism is not in content or even delivery, but in possibly a better mic and pop screen, or possibly positioning. There wasn't any "pop" per se, but there is a lot of "slush" when S or H sounds especially. This is not at about the quality of the meditation or her presentation itself.
