I'm going to ask you to just take a few moments to get grounded and settled in your body.
Allow yourself to let any tension go that you might be carrying.
So let your body just sort of melt a little bit into wherever it is you are right now.
And along with this release of tension you may be carrying in your body,
Also give yourself a chance to release any lingering thoughts that are fear-based or worrisome or obsessive.
Just let that go for now.
Let your mind rest.
Bring yourself to yourself through anchoring your attention on your breath or your heartbeat or some other sensation in the body that feels pretty easy to connect to.
And lean into that sensation or that attention on the body through taking a few slow,
Deep and deliberate breaths.
Let yourself expand through this meditation by trusting your mind to take you to fruitful places.
There are riches awaiting you if you'd only quiet that chatter and let your consciousness lead the way.
So I want you to start to bring your mind's eye to a place of envisioning.
I want you to envision yourself walking down a path.
The path can be whatever you want,
Whatever comes up for you,
Trust that.
But make the terrain smooth.
Walking this path feels light and airy,
Free and easy.
And maybe you're not even walking.
Maybe as you envision yourself along this path you're floating or you're gliding or you're sort of bouncing.
Maybe you're skipping,
Whatever it is,
Just allow it to be smooth.
And stay reminded that it's a beautiful day by your standards,
Whatever beautiful days are to you.
Feel that right now as you glide along this path.
Allow yourself to feel the temperature is just perfect.
You feel so comfortable.
You feel so alive.
You're so connected to the things that you see and feel and experience around you as you glide past this path along the way.
And notice this feeling of immense gratitude that you have for Mother Earth and for this path that has been so perfectly woven for you to walk on.
This is your path.
It was made exactly and precisely for you.
And you can really feel that right now.
As you walk along,
I want you to connect to the joy of this all.
Feel how special this is.
Feel how taken care of you are.
You're not quite sure where it's taking you because you've actually never walked it before.
And that doesn't seem to matter because you realize you don't need to know.
You don't need to know because the path is so perfectly suited for you.
All you have to do is walk it.
Trusting that along the way,
Each step you take leads your heart closer to home.
And that home is an ever-evolving and expanding experience for you.
And it's always there.
This path is bright.
It feels really fluid.
It's full of interesting and new experiences.
You're seeing new things you've never seen before.
You're seeing things you have seen before but in new ways,
From a new lens,
At a new point along the path.
And your task along the way is just to stay curious.
All you have to do is allow yourself to feel the wonder of the almighty unknown and experience the excitement that comes.
You may start to feel scared because you're not sure what you're coming upon.
And that's okay too.
That's okay.
Of course.
Of course you feel a little scared or very scared or maybe there's terror.
Maybe you're nervous.
You're unsure.
Feel that.
That's your compass saying,
Okay,
Let's take a break.
Let's take care of that enough that it allows you to keep moving forward instead of staying stuck on the path or immobilized to continue to move on.
There's really no need to fear or dread because the path has provided you with everything you need to walk it.
You have everything you need to weather any upcoming storm that may arise.
Stay curious.
Allow it to unfold.
Find your grace through it all and make it fun.
There's a light in the next bend.
Maybe you stop along the way to rest.
Maybe you need a snack.
You've got to tie your shoes a bit tighter.
Whatever you need along the way,
Trust that you're going to offer it to yourself with compassion and kindness because this is a journey and you are thrilled to be on it.
As you wind out this exercise,
You can bring your attention back to your breath or to the beautiful beating of your heart or to any other sensation that's become alive in you.
Breathe into it with love and compassion and gratitude.
And when you're ready,
When you're ready,
You can start to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Stretch your body a bit.
Start to come back to your body now.
Gently open your eyes.
Orient yourself to the room and the space that you're in.
Feel reenergized to go walk that beautiful,
Incredible path of yours.
