Today is a practice in unity, connection, and love for all. This practice will bring you closer to each otherand help us remember we are not separate but connected in the essence of who we are. We are individual humans in different bodies but we are one in consciousness. I lead you deeper into practice by encouraging you to answer 3 questions to ponder in meditation, and then end in a mantra:“Tat Tvan Asi”, meaning "I see others in myself and myself in others."

Hello,

Beautiful souls.

My name is Jen Rose Giannetti,

And I am your meditation and mindfulness coach today.

I want to start off by thanking you for joining me,

Joining me on this journey,

Joining me in this life,

Joining me as our souls collectively become one,

And unity and love and connectiveness.

In today's meditation,

We will talk about unity as the basis truth of all that exists.

As individuals,

We are not alike.

We have different lifestyles,

Beliefs,

And perceptions.

However,

These differences exist only in the physical plane.

Just like our hands,

If we look at our hands,

Our fingers,

They are separate.

They move,

They pick up items.

But when we put them in connection with the body,

With the arms,

The chest,

The stomach,

The legs,

The feet,

The head,

The hands become unity within the body.

We are the same.

Individually,

We stand in our own lives and our own consciousness.

But together,

We are one in unity with all that is.

When we begin to fully understand this concept of life and unity,

The idea of the personal I gives way to the image of the universal I,

Whereas the molecules in the spiritual level,

We are all one and are connected with the universal primary source.

The concept of rivalry and competition disappears.

This relationship contributes to deep love and empathy for everyone who surrounds us.

For when we expand our awareness,

When we awaken our minds and our bodies to a universal truth of all that is,

We realize that we are truly one soul in many bodies,

In different parallel realities and dimensions.

We are but one.

We are source energy.

We are love and we are light.

At the essence of the void within,

There is nothing more than the love and light for each other.

So I ask you now,

Before we start our meditation,

To just sit down,

Close your eyes,

And prepare yourself for stillness,

For quietness.

Call on any angelic being,

Ancestors,

Any idol such as Jesus,

Buddha,

Radhakrishna,

Anyone that you identify with.

Welcome them now and ask them to become present in unity to help you connect the universal truth,

The universal consciousness,

And universal love.

Connecting now and reflecting on a few questions as you dive deeper into your meditation.

How would you define unity?

Focusing on your breath,

Becoming one with the inhale and the exhale,

Realizing that both the inhale and the exhale are in unity with each other.

Breathing into your body,

Breathing in and asking yourself,

How would you define unity?

How do you individually define unity?

Breathing in and out and taking a few moments to sit and meditate on this question,

How do you define unity?

Now I ask you to go deeper into your meditation from the question of how you define unity.

Now ask yourself,

How do you think of diversity,

The diversity of the color of our skin,

The diversity of our races,

The diversity in the animals and the plants?

Letting the diversity heal and asking yourself and meditating on the question,

How do you define diversity?

What do you think of diversity?

What do you think of diversity?

When you have received the answer,

I ask you now to go deeper into your meditation,

Continuing to breathe,

Breathing in from the heart center and asking yourself now,

What would a world of unity look like?

If we all lived in unity with each other,

What would that world look like?

Taking as much time as you need,

Imagine a world of perfect unity.

How would the people feel?

What would the people do?

How would we interact with the animals and the plants?

What would feelings come?

How we create a potentiallyboardship?

Proceeded to uninhabit?

Finally,

We will introduce the Sanskrit Mantra,

Allowing the mantra to soak into your being and sign the intention for love,

Allowing it to flow with effortless ease,

Repeating it mentally.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

I see the other one myself and myself and others.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

I see the other one myself and myself and others.

Tat Trampasi.

Whenever you find yourself lost in thoughts,

Distracted around sounds and the environment,

Or distracted by sensations to within your body,

Come back to gently,

Mentally repeating the mantra,

Tat Trampasi.

Please continue with your meditation.

I will mind the time.

And when it is time,

You will hear my words coming back,

Telling you to gently release the mantra.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

Tat Trampasi.

It is time to release the mantra.

Coming back into your body,

Feeling the inhale and exhale with the unity of where they meet.

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Awakening back into your body.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Here in the silence of meditation,

We can find unity.

The unity of all that is.

The unity of all that is.

The unity of the universe.

The unity which embodies love,

Light,

Connectiveness.

We are separate within our bodies,

But our souls are one with source energy.

You are not a body with a soul,

But you are a soul in a body.

But there is no separation.

For we are one soul in many bodies,

In different parallel realities and universes.

We are connected.

I thank you for joining in today.

I thank you for joining me in adjoining my meditation academy called the Lab Linterfend.

Feel free to check me out.

My website is the Lab Linterfend where we share meditation,

Mindfulness,

Unity and expand consciousness to awaken the masses.

I thank you all.

I wish you a beautiful day or night,

But whenever you are listening to this,

May you go about your day and go about life,

Feeling the unity within your whole being.

Knowing that we are connected now and forever.

Placing your hands through your heart to your third eye,

I ask you to please bow down with me and repeat after me.

Namaste.

This is a beautiful meditation on our universal connectedness and diversity. Thank you. I couldn’t make out the words for the mantra though - maybe spell them out in the description?

Thank you. That made me understand a bit better the Divine perfection in our separateness - I first thought that we would all be closer, kinder and be more congruent with each other, but then I realised that we are existing in a way that is serving each other in the intended experience of this existence: that of separateness. At least until we become more enlightened and realise that we are all one... I began thinking I would struggle with this meditation, then that struggle became part of the experience and of diversity. Namaste 🌼🙏 🌏
