Thank you for letting me join you in this peaceful moment before you fall asleep.

It is wise to unwind for a few minutes because your very last thoughts right before sleeping might change your dreams and the quality of your sleep.

This meditation will help you unwind and seamlessly slide into slumber.

You can take a nice deep breath,

The deepest for today.

And if you haven't already,

You can gently close your eyes now.

And as you slightly slow down your breathing,

You can start focusing on your exhales.

Feel your weight stabilize as the air gently flows out of your body.

You can choose to focus on where you can feel it the most.

Your shoulders moving down.

Your chest deflating.

Your belly falling as your hips rebalance.

The slower you exhale,

The more stable your body will feel.

And as you find your own level of comfort,

With your eyes completely closed,

You can start seeing with the eye of your mind and your imagination.

And as your viewpoint falls deep inside of you,

You can enjoy the quiet darkness within your mind.

And you realize you are leaving your thoughts on the surface.

As you move down towards the center of your mind.

And you might feel slightly heavier as you move down deeper.

And from here you can see your whole body resting in the distance.

And you can gaze at your arms and your legs relaxed.

And you can see how your whole body rests in stillness and peace.

Because you are getting away from the surface.

And as you leave reality above you,

You find yourself on the peak of a majestic mountain.

In a silent mountain range surrounded by green hills and beautiful valleys.

And you can see everything from here.

The charming landscape in the distance.

The solid mountains around you.

And as you see some elegant birds soaring up in the sky.

You notice how the solid mountain below you can make you feel safe and grounded.

And you can feel your weight blending with it.

And enjoy this sense of stability and stillness.

And as you enjoy this feeling deeply,

Really deeply.

You can close your eyes to connect with it even more.

And as you do you start thinking of the green valleys surrounding you.

And the more you visualize them in your mind,

The more you feel absorbed by them.

And as you let your imagination go,

You feel you can go further down.

And you can feel your mind leaving the top of the mountain.

As it starts moving on a downhill path,

Leading to a beautiful meadow.

And as you slowly approach it,

Your gaze goes to the boundless horizon.

And you can see the sky.

And the infinite line where it meets the ground.

And your eyes slowly move down to explore the meadow.

As it fills your view with its colors.

And you see brighter and darker areas.

And as you focus more on the details,

You might see the grass moving gently with a light breeze.

And you follow the breeze movement as it gets closer to you.

And as it reaches you,

It reminds you how you are grounded.

And stable.

And in perfect equilibrium in this beautiful place.

And as you notice where your body touches the ground,

You might desire to get even more absorbed in this perfect scene.

And you can feel thankful to be connected to this enchanted place.

And you can lay down here and enjoy all the positive feelings it might recall.

And the more you think about it,

The more you can connect with that feeling of calm and peace.

And you might recall some sensations or details.

And as your mind unravels them slowly,

You want to immerse in this beautiful dream.

And let it take you to all the happy places your mind can carry you.

And you can let it go.

At its own pace.

In its own time.

And you can focus on the feelings.

While you rest quietly.

Feeling grounded.

And peaceful.

And all your dreams wash over you.

One after another.

As your mind is calm and still.

And ready to rest quietly.

As everything starts fading away.

In the distance.

All you need is with you now.

Nothing else matters.

Really nothing at all.

And you're free to let go.

Let your mind go.

Let everything go.

Let go.

Let everything go.

By now you might have already slipped into a deep slumber.

If you are still with me,

I am happy to share with you this peaceful moment before you completely fall asleep.

Your eyes are still lightly closed.

And you can see the internal side of your eyelids.

As if it was an infinite screen.

Wide and deep as far as your eyes can see.

You might notice if you focus on it.

Some small colored dots are floating around.

Or you might see some areas with different shades.

And they might be moving.

Or be still.

And as you keep your eyes and your focus on them.

You feel your breath.

The air enters your body and you can imagine it spreading to every part of it.

Extending from your core.

And moving towards the extremities.

And now you can focus on your dominant hand.

And on the index finger,

The very tip of it.

And as you keep your eyes on the dots and shades.

I want you to focus on how the tip of your finger is perfectly still.

You might feel some tingling or numbness.

As this immobility starts spreading slowly to the rest of the finger.

With each breath you think of how your finger is becoming completely immobilized.

Every single little muscle in it is frozen.

To the point that if you imagine trying to move it,

You will be unable to.

And while you keep breathing and as you keep looking at what shapes your mind projects on your eyelid,

Your imagination is so strong and powerful that you can convince yourself that the more you try to move your finger,

The harder it becomes to do so.

And as the numbness becomes deeper and deeper,

It starts spreading to the finger next to it.

And you can enjoy the feeling of surrendering.

And as you look at the dots and shades,

Feel the air you breathe moving slowly in your body.

You can continue the cycle by adding a new finger.

And you will add a new one only after you completely immobilized the previous one.

And you can keep doing it slowly,

By yourself,

At your own pace,

While I leave you quietly.

One finger after another.

One after the other.

You let them go.

You let them go.

You let go.
