You're not lazy. You're not broken. In this first session, we look at what self-sabotage actually is and
why your mind and body have been using it to protect you. This is where the real work begins: with
understanding, not blame. Today, is all about noticing and become aware of yourself. Nice and gentle.

Going Round In Circles
There's a pattern running underneath your behaviour, a loop that keeps repeating. In this session, we
focus on recognising the loop clearly. Because you can't interrupt what you can't recognise. Seeing is empowerment!
Lição 3
What Your Body Has To Say
Before your mind finds a reason to stop, your body sends a signal. A tightening. A held breath. A
heaviness. In this session, you'll learn to read that signal - and discover what it's been trying to tell you
all along.So often, our nervous system is impacted well before we have language to make sense of things, so it can be a very wise teacher. When we learn from the body and can heal at this level, we often create a gentle chain reaction and our mind follows by itslef.

The Belief Underneath
Every pattern of self-sabotage has a belief at its root, something you decided long ago, about what is safe
or possible for you. Today, we go gently looking for it. Not to judge it, but to finally see it for what it is. Beliefs are not truths, but they do create our reality, so it's a valuable lesson today and worth making wise choices!

The Pattern Interrupt
Now you can see the loop, feel the signal, and name the belief. So, it's time to interrupt the pattern. In this session, you'll practise a simple, powerful tool you can use in real time, the moment the pattern begins to
activate. Exciting stuff!

The Cost Of Staying In The Loop
This session asks you to get honest - not harsh, but honest. What has this self-sabotage pattern cost you so far? Time, energy, connection, the version of yourself you keep almost becoming? Seeing the cost clearly is one of
the most powerful things you can do, especially when you realise that version of you can quite easily be upgraded - by YOU!
Lição 7
Your Agreement
You've done the work. Now it's time to choose differently by deliberately getting clear, in writing and out loud.
In this final session, you'll make a new agreement with yourself. Not a promise to be perfect, but a commitment to keep showing up.
Instructions for your personal agreement:
1. Start with: 'I, [your name], agree to...'
Keep it to one or two sentences. Simple. Specific. True for you. Read it out loud to yourself.
2. Then choose one concrete action you will take this week that is a direct expression of your new agreement.
Write that action down too. Give it a day and a time.
