Do you often feel like you are stuck cycling through the same self limiting beliefs, behaviors and habits? Our shadows are often described as pieces of our subscious that show up as patterns of self-destructive behaviors or beliefs that have become a part of who we think we are and what we think we are capable of achieving and or becoming in a way that limits our growth. Each of us carry a certain amount of capacity to experience our shadows but with support and awareness of our bodies cues and sensations we can expand that capacity to hold more space for ourselves.
If you feel dragged down, depressed or get caught up in self sabotage but want to learn how to expand your capacity and heal from old wounds then this shadow work series is for you.
In Exploring the Shadow Self I will walk you through your shadows in a safe and supportive container. Each day of this three day exploration will include a short instruction, a guided somatic meditation practice and journaling prompts to deepen your self inquiry.
Day One I will walk you through what it means to explore your shadows, day two you will learn how to embrace your shadow aspects while feeling safe and grounded and day three you will learn how to embody your shadow aspects and create a thriving ecology within that is harmonious of your light and your darkness.
This is a great series to create awareness around the pieces of you that have you stuck in a pattern or a belief so you can move past them and better create a life that allows you to thrive.
Each day you will experience a somatic breath and meditation practice followed by some prompted writing practices to explore your experience deeper.
