Hello and welcome to your moon phase meditation program. In this course, you will be guided through this transformative experience of meditating with the moon. Each meditation in this program has been geared to tune your personal power to each of the eight main phases of the moon. The meditations have been adapted from the Moonology course from Centre of Excellence. I recommend starting this program on a new moon and gradually building up to the full moon experience. The program will walk you through one full cycle from the New Moon up to the Full Moon and ends by waning toward the Dark Moon. Use this program to help manifest your desires in the realm of work, love, family, or spiritual development. I look forward to sharing this magic with you. See you soon!

New Moon

The new moon is a powerful time for intentions and new projects. It is recommended to begin this program on the day/night of a new moon. Feel what it is like to contain vast potential, the beginnings of life itself.

Lição 2

Crescent Moon

The crescent moon is a time of growth and new beginnings. You are alive and full of potential just like your little sprout, yet in many ways just as fragile. This meditation will honor the resiliency to rise.

Lição 3

First Quarter Moon

The first quarter moon holds more momentum toward your realizations. Feel strength and vitality coursing through you. This meditation embraces the forces of nature and propels you into the light.

Lição 4

Gibbous Moon

The gibbous moon can sometimes feel like the final mile. It is a time of growth, for sure, but could also be associated with taking on too much. You are cracking open and while the cracking is a little painful, it is invigorating as well. Don’t try to speed up the process.

Lição 5

Full Moon

The full moon is a time of celebration and release. Either we come to our fully realized form, or we get clarity in our challenges. This meditation helps to feel the sensations of completion and accomplishment of having fulfilled your purpose.

Lição 6

Waning Moon

The waning moon represents letting go and reaping your rewards. What have you brought into being to nurture yourself, or to nurture others? We’ll honor this phase by harvesting our accomplishments and relishing in the security of abundance.

Lição 7

Last Quarter Moon

The last quarter moon is associated with the energy of a glowing sunset. Imagine the final embers dropping beyond the horizon. This moon phase is a great time for a detox- mental, physical, technological, or otherwise. Use this mediation to feel dis-ease and stress draining out of your body.

Lição 8

Dark Moon

The dark moon represents the darkest point of night. What no longer exists, and what is about to come is unknown. We may feel the need to rest and replenish. This meditation honors the end of one cycle, and produces seeds to sprout into the next luminous cycle.

I really loved this meditation. Some lovely affirmations and visualization with each phase. It was a little challenging to schedule myself to do it cause I had to look at a moon calendar. It would be nice if the visualizations especially the last one went a little longer. Thanks
