Hello and welcome to your manifestation mindset meditation.
Begin by sitting comfortably with back straight and eyes closed.
Whether you are seated cross-legged on the floor or comfortably in a chair with your feet on the floor,
It's okay.
Just find a position that is wakeful yet relaxed.
You don't have to keep your eyes closed if it's uncomfortable for you.
But keep your gaze focused on one thing straight ahead of you,
Unmoving and non-stimulating.
When you're ready and comfortable,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Keep your lips closed and your tongue relaxed away from the roof of your mouth.
Begin to breathe gently in and out through the nose.
Feel the exchange of air.
Is it cool or warm?
Does it feel uneven,
Jagged or harsh?
Maybe it feels balanced,
Deep and full.
Regardless of what the breath is doing naturally,
Don't judge it or try to change it.
Simply notice without judgment.
I will leave you here for a few moments to get in tune with your own natural cycle.
Tune in to the single-pointed focus of the breath.
As you sit in silence,
You may notice subtle changes overcoming the breath.
Maybe the air is entering more through the right nostril than the left.
After a while,
You may notice it is entering more through the left than the right.
Don't think too much about what it means.
There is no meaning.
Just follow the natural journey and leave all expectations behind.
After sitting for a few minutes,
The body may start to make itself known to you.
Aches,
Pains or just general feelings of uncomfortableness may arise.
But just do your best to stay still and stay with the breath.
Remember,
The body can serve as a type of distraction.
It may speak out to move,
To wiggle or to change.
But you have the power to bend the mind over the body.
Don't allow the mind to become a master to the body.
You are here right now with the single-minded purpose of building strength of mind over the body.
You have the power to do this.
Just keep breathing gently in and out.
If you do notice the mind wandering into the past or the future,
Mentally queuing up your to-do list for later or recounting a conversation from last night,
Think of your mind like a puppy and lovingly train it to come back.
Lovingly bring the mind back to the point of focus,
The breath,
In and out.
In and out.
Not changing,
Not forcing,
Just noticing and being with it.
Start to feel the oneness between yourself and your breath.
Merge the worlds of the mental and the physical,
Of the light and of the dark,
Of the crazy and the calm.
Everything exists right now in the present moment.
Open the heart to accept every sensation with love.
Be open to it all and sit in silence for a few moments more.
Now we will start to shift into the manifestation mindset.
According to the law of attraction,
It is possible to manifest things into existence using our thoughts.
Meditation manifestation is a concentration exercise that allows you to take advantage of the law of attraction.
It's simply a process of bringing goals and ideas into manifestation by changing the way you think about them.
You are here right now in oneness with your inner self and physical being to attract more positive energy into your life.
By setting your mind on a desired outcome through meditation,
You'll fuel your own motivation,
Drive and ambition to achieve it.
There are no limitations to what you can visualize with manifestation meditation.
So let's take a few moments to let your goal materialize in your mind's eye.
Maybe you have something in mind already,
Such as a promotion or a new house or finding your soulmate.
The potential here is limitless.
Whatever comes to mind is entirely up to you.
Breathe into your awareness and visualize the realization of your goal.
Imagine this goal as if it already exists.
It's already happening.
What does it look like to achieve this goal?
What does it smell or taste like?
How does it feel in your heart and in your body to know that this idea already exists?
That this goal has already been realized?
That it is present with you right now.
Cherish these feelings and sensations.
Let the idea of existence fill you with pride and joy.
Allow a smile to curve into your lips as you take in the reality that already exists in your mind's eye.
As you do this,
Keep the eyes closed and the body still.
Let the breath flow in and out naturally,
Maintaining oneness with your physical body and your mental states.
The breath is what connects the two.
So continue breathing slowly,
Consistently and naturally in and out.
The universe is arranging itself to make this a reality right now.
So keep believing.
Keep working towards this goal.
Everything you need is already there.
It already exists.
Believe that the path is unfolding itself right before you.
And everything you need is already there.
Just take the first step and then the next.
And continue to go forward in the pursuit of your dreams.
You have the power to manifest this reality.
In fact,
It already exists.
Sit with this power.
Sit with this reality for a few more moments,
Breathing easily in and out.
And when you feel ready,
Start to bring the attention back to your body.
Come back into the room.
Feel your feet where they may be touching the floor.
Wiggle your fingers and slowly blink open your eyes.
Look around at your reality.

As you create it.
