One of the ways we can help curb our anxiety and fear is by creating a shell of protection.
This impenetrable force will help to protect you from your own fears and worries,
Ward off possible panic attacks,
Or just help you avoid being drawn into situations of low vibrations.
If you wish to overcome fear,
Act with confidence,
And maintain alignment with your highest self,
Then this meditation is exactly what you need.
Before we begin,
Remember this tool is always available to us.
It can be done before bed,
While riding in a car,
Bus,
Or airplane,
Or even while you are in the middle of work.
Whenever you feel anxiety strike,
Or if you feel like there is potential for fear or danger to enter your space,
You can activate this shell of protection.
Essentially this is a mindfulness exercise that creates an energetic field around you.
Together we will go through the steps of creating a shield or a shell of protection that you can use at any time.
There are many ways of going about this,
So feel free to get creative with your own practice later on.
You can use the energetic shell later to strengthen your immune system,
Block negative energy from your home,
Build a safety buffer around your car or your children's car,
Or even to help give you a boost of confidence before a job interview.
This tool is always available to us if we remember to use it.
For now I'm going to share one way to use this shield of protection to overcome fear and strengthen our immune system.
At the end of the meditation you'll hear a soft bell.
Step 1.
Call for help.
While this is a practice we do on our own,
It's always a good idea for call for help from our higher selves,
Our spirit guides,
Or even a loved one who has passed.
Invite these people or these energies or spirits to come into your energetic space to offer support for whatever you need.
Whether or not you work with spirit guides or angels regularly,
They are always present.
And when we call for something or someone specific,
Their energy gets stronger in our presence.
Today we will call on Archangel Raphael,
The angel of healing.
Silently repeat to yourself,
I invite the loving presence of Archangel Raphael,
The angel of healing,
To provide me with vitality and health in my mind,
Body,
And spirit.

And spirit.
Step 2.
Visualize the shell.
The shell,
Or shield,
Can appear in many forms.
You can choose the color,
Size,
Shape,
And texture.
You can decide how far the protection extends and what exactly it protects.
The more specific you are,
The better.
Today we will visualize an emerald green light,
Because that is the color that is traditionally associated with Archangel Raphael.
So take a deep breath and imagine this glimmering,
Shining,
Deep emerald green light forming an orb around you and your entire body,
Encapsulating your entire physical body from head to toe and extends as far as you wish for it to go.
Six feet,
Ten feet,
Twenty feet,
It's all up to you.
Step 3.
Affirm its power.
This is when you give your shell a job to do.
What is the purpose of your shield of protection today?
For this practice of strengthening the immune system and overcoming fear,
We will affirm.
I am not attached to fears and worries about my health.
I am capable of fending off viruses and germs that could poorly affect my health.
I consciously activate my body's innate ability to heal itself.
I claim my personal power to attract health and well-being.
You can always come back to one or all of these affirmations.
Treat them or one of them to yourself as many times as you wish throughout the day.
I am not attached to fears and worries about my health.
I am capable of fending off viruses and germs that could poorly affect my health.
I consciously activate my body's innate ability to heal itself.
I claim my personal power to attract health and well-being.
Step 4 is the final step.
Ask in the light.
In this healing orb of light,
You feel protected,
Safe,
And comfortable.
Allow yourself to float within this womb of protection and healing.
Allow the emerald green lights that you are visualizing to activate the healing system within you.
Notice the slowness of your breath,
The gentle rhythm of your heartbeat,
And know that you are safe.
When you decide the time is right,
Open your eyes with a sure mind that you are secure,
Safe,
And protected.
You can handle whatever life throws at you.
You are healthy.
You are without fear.
You are stepping into your own power.
One more deep breath in.
Slow breath out.
