Mindfulness is a practice that fosters compassion. Living in the present moment is a challenge – we dwell in the past, project into the future. Now, given the heightened fear and anxiety we're experiencing globally, being mindful and compassionate toward ourselves and others is even more challenging. In this practice, you'll use meditation and writing to ground yourself in the present moment and practice compassion toward yourself and in turn others. You'll need a journal. Best to listen with headphones
