Lesson 49 in The Course in Miracles is "God's Voice speaks to me all through the day." In this prayer based practice you will drop down, beneath the voices in your head, the distractions, the sounds, your thoughts, to the voice of God (or divinity, spirit, light, love, divine connection, or the Universe—choosing the word that resonates with you), that resides within you always.

Note: This practice is best listened to with headphones and at a comfortable lower volume.
