This is Carolyn Zeele,
And this is a five-part meditative series toward manifesting what you truly desire in your life,
Design your life.
Today we're practicing step number three,
Keeping your vibration high.
In order to receive what you desire,
You have to actually vibrate with the energy of that desire.
You have to act as if you have already received what you desire.
When your energy vibration is not in alignment with what you desire in your life,
Things will seem to go against you,
Regardless of what you do.
Quantum physics states that everything in our universe is energy.
Your thoughts,
Your emotions,
They're all energy vibration.
If you vibrate success,
Abundance,
Or love,
You will receive more success,
Abundance,
And love.
You can alter and transform your life just by changing your thoughts and emotions.
This will change the energy vibration within you.
And one of the most beneficial ways to raise your vibration is to practice being grateful.
So let's practice gratitude.
Take a moment to settle in,
Get comfortable,
Close your eyes,
And gently move your attention to your breath.
Following your breath in and out,
A miracle of life that is your breath.
Simply feel into your breath.
You don't have to think about breathing.
Your body breathes for you,
Breathes life into you.
Easily move your attention to your heart space.
Breathing in and out of this space,
As if you are breathing in and out of your heart,
Connecting your heart with your breath.
Feel into the beauty and the miracle of your loving breath,
Of how your heart pumps life through your body.
Now think of something you are grateful for in this moment.
It can be a person,
A pet,
An experience.
It can be as simple as your breath that you woke up this morning.
It could be your smile,
Your 2020 vision.
Feel into what you are grateful for in this moment.
Simply feel it.
Appreciate it.
Think what you appreciate about it.
Think what you are grateful for.
Say to yourself,
I am so happy and grateful for.
Feel any emotions,
Anything that arises as you tap into your appreciation and gratitude.
Allow your breath and the beat of your heart to move this gratitude through your body.
Imagine it moving through your bloodstream,
Reaching out to every single part of your body.
Through your torso,
Up into your neck and your head,
To your crown chakra,
Out,
Up,
Tapping into the universal light,
Flowing back down,
Filling your entire body with this gratitude and light.
You are a light.
You are light.
You are the light of gratitude and appreciation and love.
And as you move into the world,
You reflect this.
You vibrate this.
Your body and soul glow in this appreciative and loving light of gratitude.
Memorize this feeling,
What it is to vibrate with this light of appreciation and love and gratitude so that as you move into the world,
You vibrate with gratitude and appreciation.
You can practice feeling gratitude as often as you like.
By practicing appreciation,
You keep your vibration high.
Appreciate beauty wherever you go.
The beauty of a flower,
The beauty and the color of the sky,
The smell of the rain,
The colors around you.
Practice tapping into this greater sense of awareness and mindfulness,
And this will raise your vibration.
I invite you to turn toward your journal after this meditation.
Write down some of the things that you are grateful for in your life.
Make this a daily practice of writing your gratitudes and raising your vibration so that you will receive that which you desire in your life.
