A crucial element to our life is accepting all that we are. Not pieces of us, all of us. Leaning in and learning and admiring all that we are takes us to the need for acceptance. And that acceptance isn't from those around us - it is from our own heart and soul. This is a coming home to love. A nurturing guide to seeing and accepting our truth.

Find yourself a beautiful space.

Allow yourself to sit or lay down.

If it's a perfect day you can take yourself outside.

Give yourself a moment to get comfortable.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allow a long release out so you can settle.

Taking a nice deep breath in again.

A long breath out,

Allow yourself to release with a nice long sigh.

Allowing your breath to work softly through the body.

Allowing your breath to gently release piece by piece through the body.

Softening you to the ground or into your chair.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

A long breath out to release.

Slowly you're softening,

Slowly the heart is slowing.

Feeling the rise and fall of the chest.

Allowing yourself to soften deeper down into your position.

A nice deep breath in and a long release out.

Beginning down at the toes for your next breath.

Allowing yourself to feel the feet,

Feel through the toes,

The sole of the feet,

The ankles and through to the top of the foot.

Filling with breath.

Letting your feeling allow yourself to feel with every release of breath,

Allowing yourself to let go,

Release and soften.

Taking a nice deep breath in.

As you breathe out allow yourself to release the feet fully and draw your breath to your legs.

To the tops of the thigh,

Allowing the breath to fill the legs.

As you feel the legs,

Feel them,

Feel into the legs,

Feel into every muscle and bone.

As you feel and connect,

Allow yourself to soften through the legs.

As you're releasing and softening the legs,

They fall deeper to the ground,

To where you're sitting.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Breathe out to release and we move on to our hips and pelvis.

As you breathe to the hips and pelvis,

We allow them to soften and open.

Letting that breath in,

It spirals through,

It brings the energy of life and creation into the hips.

With every release,

Allowing any blocks to be removed,

Allowing yourself to feel the life within the hips and the pelvis.

Breathing it in and breathing out to soften and release.

Breath now comes to the stomach and we feel it like a giant balloon.

Each breath softening our body,

Each breath releasing our body.

Each release of breath allowing the stomach to soften deeper through the spine.

Each breath releasing any emotion.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

A long breath out,

Softening,

Releasing.

And we move now to the spine.

And we breathe the length of the spine and allow the breath to spiral around the spine from the very base at the sacral all the way.

To the very tip,

The medulla,

Just at the base of our skull.

A beautiful long breath,

A deep breath clearing the spine.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release.

And we move to our chest.

Breathing it in,

Opening the chest,

Expanding the ribcage.

Allowing a long breath to open and allow the diaphragm and lungs to expand.

Filling the chest,

The lungs,

The diaphragm,

Opening the ribs and with every release,

Allowing the release of emotion through the chest.

Allowing the chest and shoulders to soften.

Allowing the body to release down.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Allowing a long release out.

Softening through the chest,

Through the shoulders,

Down the arms,

Loosening the fingers.

And a nice deep breath in and a long release out.

We swallow to soften the throat.

We breathe out to soften the face.

We take the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.

And we breathe now to our mind.

Filling the mind with breath.

And as you breathe and feel the mind allow yourself to release breath by breath your thoughts.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Breathing out,

Softening the mind.

And drawing the breath now from the feet all the way up through the body to the head.

A nice long breath.

Placing at the top,

Softening,

Deepening the body breath by breath.

As the body softens you release and focus just on the breath.

And as you breathe and feel the mind allow yourself to release breath.

Feeling the breath,

Allowing the breath,

Accepting the breath into the body,

Into every cell of the body.

We're walking now with our eyes closed through a door that is in front of us into the room of reflection.

It is a dark room but enough light for you to be able to see where you are going.

The first light you see is shining on a mirror down at your feet.

I want you to step towards that mirror where nothing else can be seen but your feet.

And I want you to spend a moment just looking.

What do you see?

Turn from side to side.

Allow yourself to see the sole of the feet,

The tops,

The back.

Turn them around and have a really good look at your feet.

These feet are what carry you.

They take every step for you.

They are a gift of transport to take you wherever you need to go.

I want you to think of a beautiful I am statement.

And I want you to just spend a moment looking at your feet and giving them the acceptance,

The love that they need.

The light dulls on the mirror for the feet.

And a new light shines on a mirror a little further along.

Step towards it and you see that the mirror shines on your legs from the ankles to the top of the thigh.

These beautiful legs that also work in with the feet to carry you.

To give you strength.

To hold you.

Look at these beautiful legs and allow them the acceptance and the love.

And I am statement for all that you are within.

And the light dims on the legs and further along a new light shines and you move towards it.

This light shines on the whole of the torso from the hips to the shoulders.

You can see your arms and fingers.

You can turn to see your back and your bottom and your stomach and your chest.

Through the hips and the pelvis you see all of your torso.

This beautiful part of your body that holds you.

That holds all your vital organs.

That nourishes and nurtures you.

That allows you to reach out and touch and connect.

That holds you tall and erect.

This beautiful torso that asks for your acceptance and your love.

Spending a moment.

Twisting,

Turning,

Looking,

Smiling,

Accepting and loving with your I am statement.

There is.

Taking a nice breath in,

Releasing gratitude,

And as the light dims,

The new lighter head draws you,

And you walk towards it.

Here's of course,

Of your face,

Your head,

Your beautiful hair,

Your throat,

Smile,

Say hello,

Tell you that you are looking at,

How you have just seen your feet,

And your legs,

And your torso,

And that you accept all that you are,

And that you love all that it gives you,

And look at your face,

And your hair,

And twist and turn,

And allow yourself to see,

And accept and love what you see.

And you are going to see,

And you are going to see,

And you are going to love what you see.

Smile,

Give gratitude,

And as the light dims,

A new light shines ahead.

This is a long mirror,

And as you walk towards it,

You stand in front,

It is a full length mirror,

And you are naked,

And you can see your whole body.

Stand for a moment,

Take a deep breath in,

Breath out and release,

Look down at your feet,

And remember all that you accept and love,

And work your way to your legs,

And your torso,

And then to your face and head,

And remind yourself of the acceptance and gratitude and love that you have for your body.

This is your home,

Look at yourself,

This is who you are to the world here.

Smile,

Twist and turn so you can see the backs of you,

The bottom,

Your back,

Your shoulders.

Come up onto tippy toes,

And see how tall,

Stretch your arms all the way up,

Stretch them out,

Watch your body move,

Feel into the body,

Allow yourself to see you,

To accept you.

Now I want you to reach out with your hand,

And touch the mirror,

With your other hand,

Place it on each different part of your body,

And then touch the mirror,

On each different part of your body,

And as you're working your way through,

Hand on body,

Hand on mirror,

Connect,

And allow yourself to feel that deep connection,

And that acceptance,

And that love.

Now starting from your feet,

Bend down and take two hands down,

And run your hands over your feet,

And up the legs,

And over your torso,

And over your bottom and your back,

And up to your shoulders,

Out through the arms and feel and connect,

And know your body,

And accept that this is who you are here this lifetime.

Smile as the light slowly dims,

A new light shines ahead,

And it's a light above a door,

Walk towards it,

And the light that's shining says party.

Before you open the door,

I want you to put on your favorite party outfit,

And walk through the door and into the party.

There's lights and laughter,

There's some faces you know,

Some faces you don't,

There's drinks,

There's music,

There's happiness.

I want you to just mingle,

And feel yourself accepting yourself as you,

In this party form.

Feel yourself being accepted by those there,

Smiling,

Being happy to see you.

Feel yourself being comfortable with who you are,

With how you are dressed,

Accepting yourself here.

Look around at your friends,

And as the light starts to dim,

The new light can be seen ahead.

It's a new light above a door,

And as you walk towards the door,

You see the light says beach.

Allow yourself to change,

And redress and open the door,

And walk out onto the beach.

You have family there,

And you're enjoying the beach together.

Accept yourself,

The way you look,

What you've chosen to wear.

It's a beautiful day,

It's a beautiful beach.

Everyone is happy,

And smiling.

Everyone is accepting of each other,

Enjoying the day.

You feel beautiful,

You feel connected.

You can accept who you are,

In this environment,

Your body,

Your you.

Allow yourself to feel the sun on your skin,

To feel the water on you perhaps.

Allow yourself to feel the acceptance of you,

In this scene.

Taking a deep breath in and looking around,

And as the light starts to dim,

The new light is ahead,

Moving towards the door,

The light above the door says dinner.

Now this dinner is a special dinner,

With you and your loved one.

You and the special person you have in your life,

Put on something stunning,

Something smart and sexy,

And allow yourself to walk through the door,

To this beautiful restaurant,

Where your partner is waiting,

And you can see people stopping to look at how beautiful you are,

And smile,

And feel confident and strong,

Accepting of who you are.

Allow yourself to move,

Move towards your partner,

And take a seat.

It's a beautiful evening.

You feel confident,

You feel loved,

You feel beautiful.

You accept who you are,

In this situation,

In this beautiful outfit.

You can feel yourself laughing,

You can feel the happiness,

And the joy and the energy of love.

You can feel the strength in yourself as you accept who you are,

And how that radiates out to all around you.

Taking a deep breath in,

And breathing out,

And standing as the light dims,

To walk towards your last door.

It's been a wonderful evening,

And you and your partner are walking,

And you can see above the door,

The light says intimacy,

And you allow yourself to take off your stunning and sexy and wonderful outfit,

And move through the door,

Into acceptance of the beautiful lingerie.

How wonderful you look and feel,

For you and your partner.

Both of you feeling comfortable and confident,

And you accepting of your body,

In your lingerie in front of your partner,

And remembering your feet and your legs and your torso,

And that beautiful face,

And how you accept and love all that you are,

And how in accepting that,

You feel comfortable in allowing someone else to accept and love who you are.

And you can sit comfortably and nestle together,

Accepting,

Loving,

Feeling confident,

And as the light dims,

You do move towards a last light,

No door,

And the light as you walk towards,

Walks back into your body where you are,

And I want you to carry with you the acceptance,

And lay and breathe,

And feel the acceptance of all that you are.

Knowing each piece of you,

Loving and accepting all of you.

Taking long breaths in,

Filling the body,

Feeling into this acceptance.

And now as you're breathing,

Using strong connecting words of love and acceptance,

And breathing into them,

And feeling into them,

And telling yourself over and over,

The love and the acceptance and the joy that you hold for you,

Celebrate you,

The wonderful,

Amazing,

Spectacular you.

Stay with it for as long as you can,

Breathing,

When you're ready at your own pace,

Allowing yourself to come back to where you are,

Give yourself a moment,

And when next you see yourself,

Catch a glimpse of you in the mirror.

Remember this acceptance and love,

And hold with you the thoughts every day,

Every breath.
