Welcome to this guided 7 day morning meditation challenge.
So over the next 7 days we're going to explore different techniques and styles that will help you to have a more productive,
Joyful and balanced day.
So today we're going to focus on the breath,
Doing a nice follow along guided breathing exercise followed by a little meditation.
All you have to do is follow the sound of my breath to get nice and comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Ready?
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the nose.
In through the mouth.
Double speed.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
Good,
Keep going.
Deep,
Deep breaths.
Last one.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Let the fire breathe in.
Very short,
Rapid exhales through your nose,
Pumping the stomach,
Allowing the inhale to come naturally.
Really good,
Keep going.
Almost done.
Good,
Come back to a long breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Finding that sense of calm,
Ease,
Relaxation.
And come back to your natural breathing,
Allowing everything to settle.
Tuning in to the sensations in your body and the stillness in your mind.
Let's see if you can rest here for one minute,
Letting everything settle.
And come back to the frenetic hands of the And slowly coming back,
Bringing some movement to your fingers and toes.
Maybe taking a nice big stretch,
Maybe yawn or sigh if you feel like it.
