Welcome to this guided breath work session.
Lie down,
Palms face up,
Relax and follow the sound of my breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Ready?
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Go deeper now.
Each breath counts.
So breathe in,
Breathe out.
Exhale and hold the breath.
Completely let go.
Rest in the breathless.
Breathe in,
Hold the breath.
And release.
Round two.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Go deeper now.
Each breath counts.
So breathe in,
Breathe out.
Exhale and hold the breath.
Completely exhale and hold the breath.
Melt into the breathless.
Deep inhale.
Hold the breath.
Relax your forehead and allow this calm to wash through your body.
With controlled breath,
Slowly exhale through the mouth.
And come back to your natural breathing through the nose.
As you rest here deeply for one minute,
Allowing everything to settle.
As you bring yourself back to the body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Blink your eyes open.
