A Soothing Meditation to Release Anxiety and Fear Before Sleep As the day winds down, it’s easy for anxiety and fear to sneak in—thoughts about tomorrow, unfinished worries from today, or just that uneasy feeling in the quiet of the night. This meditation is here to help you let all of that go, just for now. With gentle guidance, soothing breathwork, and a sense of deep reassurance, you’ll ease into a space of comfort and safety. There’s nothing to fix, nothing to figure out—only the invitation to rest. You are safe. You are enough. And you deserve peace. Allow yourself to surrender to sleep, knowing that all is well. And welcome to this soothing meditation to release anxiety and fear before sleep My name is Monika and I'm very happy to have you here I'm so glad you decided to take a moment to care for yourself tonight If you've been feeling anxious or afraid especially as the day comes to an end I want you to know that you're not alone It's okay to feel this way Sleep can sometimes bring up worries,

Doubts or fears about tomorrow Or even what was left unresolved today and that's okay We're here to let all of that go just for now Find a comfortable position lying down and gently close your eyes Take a slow deep breath in Feel the air filling your lungs and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension you've been holding Just let it soften Letting your body rest into the comfort of your bed I want you to recognize that you are safe right here,

Right now All those thoughts,

All those feelings,

It's okay to let them be You don't need to fix anything or have it all figured out before you go to sleep Tonight,

The most important thing is that you give yourself permission to rest There may be a fear of the unknown,

A fear of facing the dark Or perhaps the worry that something might happen when you're vulnerable I want to invite you to release that fear gently like an old friend who no longer serves you You don't have to carry it with you tonight Take a moment to acknowledge these fears,

They're real,

They're part of your experience And it's okay,

It's okay to feel this way,

It's okay to let them be But you don't have to hold on to them,

You can place them down right here just for tonight Now,

With each breath you take,

Imagine that you're sinking into a peaceful,

Safe space It might feel like floating in warm,

Comforting water,

Soft and soothing,

Holding you Or perhaps it's like lying in a soft meadow,

Wrapped in ears and braids This space is completely yours It's a place where you are safe and protected As you breathe in,

Let that feeling of safety surround you And as you breathe out,

Let go of the tension,

The fear Safe to yourself gently and lovingly,

It's safe for me to rest,

I release my fears Feel that truth sink into your body with each breath,

Allowing your heart to open to the idea That rest and peace are your birthright,

There's nothing to fear right now,

Only softness Only in this moment,

Give yourself permission to surrender to sleep Let go of the weight of the day The worries about tomorrow Let go,

You've done enough Now,

You can rest If any fear or anxiety tries to creep back in,

That's okay too,

Just acknowledge it Like a passing cloud in the sky,

It's there,

But you don't need to follow it By knowing that you are supported and cared for right now Take one more deep breath Let go of everything that doesn't serve you And allow your body to feel light and free You are safe And right now,

You are exactly where you need to be If you choose to drift off to sleep now,

Know that you will wake up in the morning renewed With a fresh sense of calm And if you're still awake,

Just rest here in this peaceful space Knowing that all is well Sweet dreams,

Beautiful soul
